Press and hold the record button. That will open the record screen. After recording started you can close that screen and access other functions while record is going on
Glad I found your channel. It's a resource bank. I'm don't know how I missed this. Subbed right away. I have a few questions to be clarified. It would be great if you answer them. 1. Can you import a sound sample (Wav.) in Yamaha sx-900 and use it in a loop to create a style? 2. Which sounds better in terms of sound and has the best value for money - Yamaha sx-900 or Korg pa-5x? Thanks in advance.
1. You can do that using Yamaha Audio Phraser software 2. Comparing korg PA 5x with sx900 is not fair. There are two different ranges. Sx 900 is the best option for value of money when compared to pA1000 or PA700
@@ArrangerTutorialsThank you so much for the timely response. You sound like a Keralite. Are you a malayali?, if you don't mind me asking that. Additionally, if I use the Yamaha Audio phraser software to integrate (.wav) samples into rhythms, it will come under the Audio rhythm category, which can only be used in keyboards compatible with audio styles like Psr-s975, sx-900 and so on. Is that right Gentleman? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
@@joshuanirmal9068 yes. I am from Kerala. Some of the earlier videos videos are in Malayalam too Regarding audio phraser. It will be in the audio style track and supporta only sx900 s975 etc
@@ArrangerTutorialsThat's great to hear and I'm happy to be here as well. I take this time to remember one of the priests from Franciscan congregation from Kerala, who instilled in me the knowledge of music, though music isn't my main stream, unfortunately. Just some good old memories of mine. Will check your earlier videos as well. Thank you again, Gentleman for taking your time to respond and for your wonderful service to the masses.
