So yes, TM2 BlackArachnia is missing off this list, mostly because I was having trouble fitting her in. Size wise she should be a deluxe, but even a Mega back in the day left her with kibble and balance problems. It would likely need to be an Earthrise Arcee solution for her spider shell. I also see a lot of people saying Torca, Polar Claw, Nyx, Scold, and I would love them to get toys, but not in a line designed for mechanical beasts. Gotta look like a robot in beast mode for this aesthetic!
We definitely need a new Quickstrike. He's literally the only non-Transmetal/TM2 show character who doesn't have a new toy. The slagging Tripredacus Council got new toys before he did. Admittedly they're Botcon figures and predate even Kingdom, but hey, still counts.

Rampage's tank mode would actually be fairly simple to pull off if you're willing to cut corners. Just sculpt the shape of the treads into the crab legs and have them tab into each other, with wheels in select spots so that it can roll.

That would have to include more figures; The gorilla could probably be a voyager, though it may want to be a leader, the crab could be just packed in with the commander, the one issue there is that it would have individual fingers and they don't really do that officially (I suspect to avoid people being able to pose them with certain gestures as much as for budgetary reasons. The wolves... I'm not sure if they would be core class, or small deluxes to allow for a more stable foot mode (small but with thicker plastic to better hold the weight.
There's NO CHANCE Depth Charge works at Voyager. Dump Galvatron, move Depth Charge up to Leader, and have Transmetal Dinobot as your final Voyager class. If you want to keep an extra Voyager then do Transmetal Tarantulas.
IMO the pretenders need to be AT MINIMUM deluxe class. I do agree overkill and slugfest should be a 2 pack. lets do the rest of the cassettes as either single or 2 packs
Here’s an idea- upgraded versions of the animalistic cassettes with full robot modes. Ravage and Ratbat need the rest of their buddies and I’ve been championing a Ramhorn-from-Rhinox retool since I entered the fandom. These would fit into this pitch perfectly! Heck, my ideal upscaled Ramhorn is a repaint of a modernized Stranglehold destined to be retooled into a more accurate BW Rhinox with most of his engineering cribbed from ROTB mainline Rhinox.

Paddles can be a voyager class or leader class bot. Hasbro underestimate his popularity. Paddles has been having a large fan base that Hasbro does not understand. Here is another Autobot that could go into core class, a scorpion call Stinger. Maybe combine him with Stripes in the same package. Also, with titan class, maybe have a new titan be the old titan Axalon. The Maximal ship included.
One can dream where Hasbro hears ideas like this and creates what the fans want. Also, I think the reason they never did an Optimus from Skullcruncher in Titans Return was because of the voyager figure that was retooled into Tankor.

I do like the idea of this toyline, especially the Predacons that form Predaking! I already have all of the Transmetal Maximals and Predacons, but I think I would get Megatron again. The Core class Insecticons are a great idea as well.
The idea of the beast pretenders getting newer toys does sound good, and making the beast forms a bit more like the outer shell could work, Though here's another idea have the pretender shells be able to do a anthro like mode where they stand on the hindlegs and the inner robot could transform into some type of weapon for that shell, so as not to lose the pretender gimmick entirely. Also, what about the second set of insecticons they did as those ones haven't had to many toys to them.
I would absolutely love a new Sqwalktalk and Beastbox that combined into Sqwalkbox. Preferably at a deluxe size which wouldn't fit with the current cassettes but I think they deserve it. Beastbox would have to have a new name though.
Hear me out: a BW esque Chainclaw with the altmode being based off the Quintesson Trans Organic Bear from "Dweller In The Depths". - The bear is fuzzy and yellow so it could work as a merger of the outer and inner bear modes while also referencing Quints. - could work as a Polar Claw retool if not its own mold
I'd really like to see another take on Prime universe Predaking and the other predacons from the movie. Would also be perfect to throw in Hardshell! Predaking I see as a leader class, the other two predacons as deluxes and Hardshell as a voyager (to scale somewhat with Bulkhead)
If you wanted a mecha-beast Titan without stepping into Gamer Edition territory, Chela from IDW was right there. We need more non-humanoid Titans besides Trypticon anyway.
Instead of the pretenders... I'd honestly love to see Transmetal forms of Magaligator, Razorbeast, Scorpinok, Dinobot and Blackarachnia. Another Transformer I'd love to see get a figure, that never got one, is Botanica. Gatermus Prime, yes please! Don't much care for the Core class. But I do agree that the the insecticons would sell like hotcakes. And yeah buying the Casettacon's one at a time is bogus. Imagine if Predaking became Magnaboss! Prowl as the Lion, Silverbolt as the Eagle, Ironhide would be the Rhino, and then Jazz as the Brahma Bull, with Hound as the Tiger. Like the other Voyagers and Leaders. Especially Galvatron! Tripticon? Nice! The Axelon as a Beastformer? I'd go with a Whale. I would truly love to see the Raptoricons get their own figures. I could see DB2 being a special store exclusive.
If we're doing Transmetals, we need to do ALL the Transmetals, not just the ones from the show. I badly want Rhinox, Terrorsaur, and Waspinator too. Airazor was the worst one, but heck, they can do her too and hopefully improve on the original. Also, I got so confused when you said "Skullgrin from Titans Return."
Beast Wars isn't finished, no Optimal Optimus, Transmetal 2 Blackarachnia, and lastly and I don't know how it would be done because the character I'm about to name doesn't even transformer, Transmutate, and now I think that is everyone unless you also want to include the Tripredicus Council
How about Ravage's spaceship in Beast Wars as a titan? You could have it turn into a panther, raven, or eagle for "robot mode". It was a sleak, awesome design and would be in much better scale than the Axalon or Darksyde in relation to the BW figures. You could probably even fit a deluxe Ravage in its cockpit.
TJ i've got a great idea to help you out and a little meta boosting fun. A combiner and before you say anything here's where the meta hits: MONSTEROUS the 6 go-bot combiner would work cause they were turned into Predacons in the fan comics. Plus it gives them new life.
As a BW fan I'd definitely buy all the actual beasties, especially since I love the TM designs (Dinobot and Tarantulas namely). Pretenders I can give or take, and the G1 stuff... eh, I'm not that much of a fan of those designs.
I always thought Quickstrike was a Transmetal because of his colour scheme, but he doesn't look very organic because technically his Beast Mode has two heads. 🤔🦂🐍
Some very good ideas. However, Shouldn't Rampage be an individual voyager release and have Headstrong in the commander 2 pack? Since Rampage forms an arm & Headstrong a leg. Surprised not to see Optimal Optimus. A New Galvatron with no gps would be nice. All for more pretenders and cassettes for core class including Insecticon army builders.
When Kingdom came out and we got those nice of beast wars characters. I was excited till I got‘em in hand and then I was little deflated because like oh man, I really wanted new transmetals.
I'd rather get organic beasts to mechanical myself. They don't get enough love and that's when I saw you didn't have to limit Transformers to machines just because they're robots. Still, I could see the line working. If it does well enough there are a lot of beast forms that never got a chance to really show off because they weren't in a show.
I mean, technically Beast Wars isn't finished but I probably wouldn't buy the Blackarachnia anyway, so eh. I'd be more keen for this line to include Hardshell or Prime Universe Predaking. Though I get 2 Predakings in one line might be confusing and if I had to pick I would go with the original that you chose. Keen as for Gen Selects Tripredacus Agent and Rapticon!

I would have out in Blockrock and Nightstalker for core class Autobot cassettes because Blockrock is the closest Blaster has to a Laserbeak that's not a Decepticon spy.
for the titan, i woulda gone with Majin Zarak from the bw2 movie and maybe tossed in a core class Burning Convoy and Flash Lioconvoy. other than that. is good list.
I'd be interested to see if a retool of the POTP Optimal Optimus is on the table if Prime Wars molds are still "doable" under Hasbro's current restrictions
No TM2 Blackarachnia? Also there's another option for the Titan Class... two now that I think about it. If you're going to include BW2 Galvatron you could also include his brother Gigastorm who is literally just a retool of G1 Trypticon anyway so they could just retool the Titan Trypticon into Gigastorm. The other option also from Beast Wars II would be the villain from the movie that Optimus Primal and Lio Convoy had to team up to fight. I'm blanking on the name but he's never had a toy before and it would be nice for the Burning Convoy and Shining Convoy repaints of Kingdom Primal and Legacy Leo Prime to actually have something to fight against. That guy was absolutly massive and needs to be a Titan.
Haven't watched the video yet but the commander better be the purple griffin. just watched the video and i was disapointed also for the titan wasnt their a titan in the comics that turned into a giant bird or something.
Tripredacus or magnaboss would make a lot of sense. Since if magmatron was a commander with the composing beast modes not having robot modes, the bw combiners could easily be titan class, but unlike magmatron they'd have their individual robot modes as wrll
Snarler is so dumb, he's a Boar, so...he's got a drill nose in his inner beast mode, to boar into things. Totally in favor of it. I have to say, i think you missed out with core class and doing the Firecons and for me I'd have done some transforming Beastformers from Headmasters. Edit-*bore
Double-Op can be done at Leader because he’s got such simple transformations between modes. That, and if he’s a Leader, there’s a better chance of him getting repainted into Primal Prime.
