Standley Handcrafted - Do you have a video showing soy wax with color dye added, without it ruining the candle? I'm trying to use just the soy wax but need true more bold than pastel colors? Thanks!

Really just getting it together and stopping the fear factor that I been having because there are soo many people that are creative. Great video! Very useful info. I subscribed because i would love to see more videos like this. I'm confident that I could build my website now! It actually seems easy! Does this platform offer business reporting like sales, income tax info, sales tax reporting, etc? It's the "business" side that's seems so daunting to me. Thank you.

Squarespace offers a lot of analytics, Paypal and the other service Stripe will offer all the tax information. It's really nice and simple, especially for beginners.

Can you do ounces instead of pounds for the item weight? I am having a huge problem finding a site that allows variations with different weights. Most of my items are under 1 pound. This site looks so much easier to navigate than many out there.

I already have a Cristian themed shopify store that I'm still setting up. I'm starting with t shirts and eventually I want to sell candles and skincare. Can the store's name be different from the name on the candles? I'll just put the name of the website on the labels.

Hello I’m about open my own website shop, moving away from Etsy. Would recommend Shopify? What is the difference between Shopify and Squarespace? I have an reasonable doing well pet accessories shop on Etsy, would you think it’s ok to add candles to my existing pet shop since I already have customers? Thanks .

i have read that candles melt during shipping in hot summer months. do you have this problem?

john Camacho Candles definitely require more care during summer months. Some waxes are so much softer, like 4627 comfort blend, and can definitely melt along the way. I’ve had one customer mention that a candle melted slightly during July.

Harder paraffins for sure and the parsoy 6006 works really well. But even the 6006 can melt a little during the 100 degree days.

Dude your videos are awesome and i respect you very much for helping people to start a bussines, but you should update your websites design, it looks dated and out of place(just my two cents)
