when you pick whip your standing pose opacity to your run cycle (Walking Comp) you can just add 100 - in the beginning of your code. Example: 100 - thisComp.layer("Walking Comp").transform.opacity just saying this so you dont have to write if else statement But whatevers works for you and for everyone is fine.

You should definitely make an advanced After Effects course, I have done your Beginner and Advanced Premiere Pro classes and your Beginner After Effects course and know a lot about the software. I am so glad I took the course instead of digging through forums to find out how to do stuff. I think an advanced After Effects course would be very helpful for the people who want to take those Visual Graphics to the Next Level.
