Creating and using a foreign key with phpMyAdmin

Thanks mate! For the people with the new version of PHPMyAdmin the (Relation View) link is at the top under the SQL link and not at the bottom.

Hi, nice tutorial. However, i get the following error when i try implementing " Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails ....(database details)" What does that mean?
