Someone asked this question about DIV. Here is the answer. The tag defines a division or a section in an HTML document. The tag is used as a container for HTML elements - which is then styled with CSS or manipulated with JavaScript.

There's a major accessibility issue with the adaptive headers in your video. If someone is using a screen reader, they would not know that these are headers as they're using the img tags and the alt text is not descriptive (e.g., "Banner 3.png"). Better to stick with semantic HTML and use heading tags (, , etc.) for accessibility. The layout examples are also created using images that contain text, which is also not accessible as they images don't contain appropriate alt tags. Better to position images using CSS and keep text in paragraph tags.
It is really disappointing that the home page can be edited but the modules just list assignments, pages etc rather than being able to edit a single homepage as a real webpage look with weeks or modules below that can have hyperlinks to the assignments and quizzes within a smooth description of instructions, links to external webpage resources or whatnot structured in the instruction text with the assignments smoothly appearing as hyperlinks within a smooth text layout of a weekly module. This layout is extremely disjointed and counter intuitive to a fluid week to week structure of a course.
