How to expand the pasture area & create a new navigation mesh.
Aligning the clear areas plus other parts to match the newly expanded pasture size.

Thank you for another great how to. Detailed Instructions and very intuitive. A Suggestion. "Please and Thank You". Not certain it is possible do to the Coding in the Game Engine? Consider making a White Salt Blocks, Mineral Salt Blocks and a Cattle Cake Mods. Cattle will increase the amount of weight if they have salt. Eat, Lick the Salt, Drink Water then eat again. Cattle Cake in the winter months. Natural way to feed cattle for all Natural Beef... Thanks Again Have A Great Day

Thats very cool try doing that to that old ragged barn in sheds category you could make a multi animal barn .to bad giants didn't include that in landscaping. Definitely would take game into a new level or create grazing into feilds to clear harvest debris and add fertilizion state to feilds simply by grazing,or commonly known as hogging down a field.nice work.

I see the animal type is set in the xml file now. I feel like changing the radius when creating the new mesh is causing the new mesh to come up short of the food points. I created a mesh with out changing the radius, and it seems like it works fine but the cows do run in slow motion when I feed them..... lol

@ShyWizard When I create the new NavMesh, it is not visible and shows no vertices and nodes in the shape. I follow the steps to the letter, but I wonder has anyone else seen this? It is very frustrating as I have made meshes for games since FS15 and just cant get this to work. HELP!!!!

Is it possible to create 2 meshes that do not intersect ? Will they work ?

hello, I have a question, for some reason when creating a mesh grid for animals, it turns out that this grid is not visible to me, and it works as if without restrictions, the animals in it do not move clearly along it, but where they can pass, and when I generate it I can't see its contours, just this blue area, but there is only one main point and that's all, how can it be solved and what could be the problem? animals go through buildings, is there any additional mask needed on the building besides the ff mask?

Hi. I have a problem. I mean NavMesh. I did the same as in the video and when I want to buy a cow shed the game crashes and closes. I have a question what could be wrong.

I'm not able to drag my plane into any node. It just doesn't register me holding down my mouse button to drag it. What am I doing wrong?

I didnt see you select the user attribute for the nav mesh .. can you tell me is it a string or a script call back? there is a user attribute for the nav mesh now . thanks.

The user attribute is a string. This is added to the geometry when made in Blender as is it's node id for i3d mapping in the xml. This imo is not required when creating the navigation mesh directly in the Giants editor.

Yes please, this is probably one of the more stressful parts of modding and map building! Especially with the -180 flip that happens.

@@lazykmodding4253 try reversing the spline when you get a flip.. if all the boxes flipped this works .. if part of your spline has flipped delete those posts run SSC then set post you deleted back and re run spline reversed . you have to do road i two pieces but it works.

After throwing from the desktop into mods and launching the game in the log I have something like this...Error: Failed to open xml file 'C:/Users/pietr/OneDrive/Dokumenty/My Games/FarmingSimulator2022/mods/FS22_cowBarnSmall/modDesc.xml'.
