Does the complex geometry in a shape like this slow down the model? I have created complex shapes using native Tekla parts as custom components and then found that the model speed was greatly affected after inserting 100's or more of those CC parts.
When I do it as shown in the video, and insert the new shape into the model, the centerline is not in the center... How can I change that? For exmple, I modeled a nut as profile, but added as a shape, the handles are on the side, not the center of the nut..
