Can the end user see their inspection form after submitted? For example, I am the operator and complete and submit my form. Someone comes onsite and requests to see my daily inspection, how am I able to show them my inspection?

For example, I am the auditor EHS and i want to request and check the status of inspection. how am I able to show them (AUDITOR EXTERNAL ) my inspection WITH QR CODE?

I would like to utilize this for monthly fire extinguishers inspections. How would I go about that. Would each individual fire extinguishers need its own QR code?
