Is it possible to add a description to the input text fields that disappear whenever the user clicks the box to fill it. Meaning the input text field should say an example of what they need to input and once clicked it just disappears.
I have made a form and saved as a Reader Extended file, but apparently that no longer works to help a user save their data in the form...how does one do that now?
I am assuming that you have purchased the Adobe program in order to do this? Which program are you using. It seems this is not available on the FREE Adobe downloads?

Since you've deleted fields, and added new ones, and there are sorted in an ordered list -> show, please, if users are using the TAB-key to jump through the fields, that the cursor jumps as expected -> manipulate the order of objects (fields).
Can I still use and send the forms I create if my payment stops? Will the customers I send the forms to be able to open and fill them out if my paying period expires?
Hey... I am facing the issue where my fillable form has table and multiple fields how do I align each cell any shortcuts ? Also after I saved form in Acrobat DC Pro when K type something in table and then press tab, the field goes filled in all cells instead of single cell. Any suggestions ?
@Shree Shant Yes you can do it . Join our facebook group above and feel free to post any type of queries related to PDF Fillable Forms made in Adobe Acrobat Pro or Adobe Livecycle (now AEM) with Javascripts facebook.com/groups/pdfformjavascript
Is there a web based auto form creator from you pdf files? I have a chromebook and my windows machine is as good as dead. I'm trying to use Acrobat DC on it now and it's useless because the machine is so slow. I can't even watch this video. The online versions I've tried so far like PDFescape don't create the fields automatically.
Using Acrobat DC 2019 and the options I have are different. The Text Field Properties has much fewer properties and I want to set a text field to only have numbers like you did for the Postcode. How can you do that with my version?
When you are in the prepare form mode if you look at the plane to the right, right underneath the 'match size and distribute' options click on the "Hammer and wrench more" tab. Then click on "revert to acrobat form" Once you do this those options will appear.
I need to be able to have a link on my website, that clients can click on, fill out the form, sign it and them I receive a copy. Will any Adobe program let me do this?
is there a way to dynamically align first and last name in the case where the name is much shorter than the number of characters allotted for in the custom field? I'm seeing Joe______________Smith on the form and I would like to eat those added spaces to make: Joe_Smith.

I have followed the instructions and my form is wonderful, however, when I email it to my students, they cannot enter any data into the created fields. What have I done wrong? What step have I missed? How can I email them this form so they can fill it out and send it back?

You really should have shown people how to move those underlines to make it look nicer. Plus, your text boxes were too close to the text on the left - should move over more to the right. :). Just me being picky on the looks.
