Your spread is gorgeous as ever. I wondered why you'd use the neocolour crayons that are water soluble, as opposed to the waterproof ones? And what did you use for the white? The effect is perfect. Thanks
I love the Neocolor II more as they are a bit more creamier and opaque. I only use the Neocolor I when I know I go on top with other stuff and won't have a bleeding. The white is the Viarco Art Graf Tailor Shape: amzn.to/48Fjxfu
