Fantastic work! I have been creating knurls this way for some time now, but your way of constraining the initial geometry to a 5° area was really helpful when it was time to make the circular pattern of exactly 72!

Excellent video, and no disrespect to John, but yours is wayyy better and looks totally real. Probably because the model accurately reflects the way the tool would knurl the material. Regards Mark in the UK
