Great skilled technician, makes it look easy.

just a trick i figured out, get some small but somewhat powerful magnets. this way you can clamp sections that are not close enough to the edge to be clamped

depends on the thickness of the plastic. If it will stop a BB at 400+ FPS it'll be good for airsoft. 400+ FPS is what a lot of Sniper Rifles run at..

don't buy from Original Stormtrooper , I have had 2 and both had to be repaired and there customer services didn't want to help , Velco all came off and helmet and gun fell apart , I sent them pictures and they said they would help and never did

How did you sculpt the molds from aluminum? What was the process for that?

How many full costumes were used in the movies? It must have taken forever to make them all.

I'm interested in vacuum molding myself since I feel like buying stuff for the molding compared to buying the armor online since it would save me a lot of money molding all sorts of stuff than buying it.
