13:39 actually Dropsy is incorrect it's just that Jerome wasn't actually reloading because the effects only trigger if you have an empty clip so the infinite ammo without having 1 bullet per mag was blocking the effect however if Jerome were to take something like combine or shields up, then it'd trigger properly

I completely forgot that reloading passively (not actively) goes with a half mag and this makes sense now

12:02 I take that back, more like he missed +18 decay seconds + 10 regeneration. Changed again! 15:24 He missed +19 decay seconds + 15 regeneration + extra health.

@@stevejohn7459 Assuming 15 regen = 15 hp/second that means someone wouldve had to do 285 damage per shot just to be able to out damage his regen (if i remember correctly the base HP is 100, and base damage is somewhere around a third of that) And thats not including any lifesteal he coudlve picked up
