Jagex should probably add more combo runes to the game to solve this problem, if anybody’s watched any of those lore videos that keep popping up you’ll notice the lore talks of ancient powerful runes from the first age that are running out ( not the basic runes in game ) maybe they could be added to clue scrolls like binding rune ( entangle in 1 rune ) tb etc would free up inv space and fit into game lore that or just add me high level binding runes to rc that can bind 3 instead of 2

Timothy Hoare There are no real quest requirements for this build. You should start dragon slayer to use antifires and mage arena for capes. That’s pretty much it
