I think I am getting better at piping soap guys! It has been a long road LOL - and I still have a ways to go but I really think I am getting the hang of it.
Now I really need to get the hang of slowing my butt down and thinking through what I am doing LOL

I know Maurine! I just don't see it as being hard on myself though LOL - I learn from talking through what I did right/wrong and I like to share my impressions. I don't want it to come across as being hard on myself though so I will have to figure out different wording maybe...Thanks so much for your concern 💞💞💞

Oh Tammy , here we go with you being to hard on yourself. The soap is just beautiful and beside you, no one know you want a whiter base. It’s a good soap, smells great, the colors are amazing and screams spring and good times, there my friend!

Love those Neons. I think you realized why the white isn't as white as you wanted, but it turned out very very nice. Perfect amount of piping in my opinion!You are right. I don't use as much when using Neons. Less is more, when it comes to those. Cheers 👍

Substituting milk for water is everyones "first" mistake! Milk is not water it has a sap value...i started a channel to show this and only this, two recipes are available one with 12.5% milk and only yesterday i posted one at 38% milk. I dont use titanium dioxide...justnan soap...❤

hey thanks for your comment (I think LOL) It took me down a rabbit hole of researching because I have never heard of this. I did find some differing opinions on it and now don't know what to think 🤔 I had never seen that on soapcalc though and seeing it there was a shock! I think I need to look into this more, but I haven't had any issues with my soaps by doing the swap, but you are having success with adding in the SAP value... oh this soap journey LOL Thanks again!!! 💗

@WalnutCreekBathBoutique the only way is to give it a try...small batch. I like the 400g because it fits in a Pringle's container...I have watched you for a while, and I do enjoy the way you try... the additions I use are salt, sugar, citric acid and 2 tablespoons of flax gell, in 400g...thank you for not simply dismissing me on this subject, others have...Carolyn aka Nan...from Australia, ps. I forgot to mention 100% milk and lye, won't make soap! But by doing this experiment, you can get an idea of what adding milk to an already balanced soap recipe might be doing...I just have not got around to posting this mess yet! When I put milk in the recipe, I have soap that is 3 years old.

hey Aubrey! that would be my IV bruise from my knee surgery lol - I had no idea it was so big and dark LOL I bruise so dang easily! you might see it again since I saved taping several intros and outros for the few weeks after surgery. I'm ready to get back down to make more products but I can't seem to find time! Hopefully this week - I miss my room LOL

Too... much... neon???? Sorry, my Gen X brain can't wrap itself around that concept. 🤣 I love the little wisps and swirls of neons in the body of the soap. And you know I'm always a fan of your mass-planting piped tops! Okay, so what did you do to your hand?! That is a massive bruise on it!

aw thanks Andi! I love your wording "mass planting" haha I'm going to try to use that one 😀 I didn't realize how much that bruise stood out until I was editing and then there wasn't a thing I could do about it - it is an iv bruise from my knee surgery. I think I saved a bunch of intro/outro time for my recovery time since I wasn't planning on making much for the month following surgery. I think that bruise will be in more videos 😂

How wide do you have the wires on your soap cutter set please?

They are 1" wide. I used to use a little less than 1 1/4" but when I got my cutter I didn't want to pay extra for the custom width - I can be cheap that way 😂
