What heat setting are you using? How and when would you incorporate heat protection for this look? Would you use an aerosol heat spray?

I’m usually using somewhere around 375° but you could go higher or lower depending on your hair type and how large your sections are! I would absolutely use heat protection either when wet before blow drying or on dry hair before putting in the wave! It all depends on the product you use and if it’s made for wet or dry hair! Oribe has a great heat protectant serum that you can use on wet or dry hair and I believe it helps repair broken bonds as well!
