Have always loved this technique and had forgotten about it so many thanks for reminding me Teresa. Great video, thank-you so much for sharing Teresa🥰🧵
I must admit to this being as 'clear as mud', in bits, especially when layering up fabrics at the start. Absolutely loved the appique flowers. Not been on Facebook for a while as been having problems with it myself. Not even been on You tube either for simiar reasons but my Teresa radar was flashing. Will add this to my ever incresing list of things to do. Lol 😘xx
I hope you're well jacqui. you don't sound your usual bubbly self. Don't worry about your textile art - it'll all be there waiting for you in your ever growing queue. Take care xx
Lovelovelove❤ what about if you slow stitched the flowers before you attached them to the slashed fabric. Then attach in the middle so they are fluffy ❤
Lynn here on Hubby's phone 😏, Hi Tearsa , hope your well and Toy Boy too 😂😂, I like the front of the first one but the inside of the second one 😂, trust me to be awkward 😂😂, genius to think of using ready made pockets , such a simple idea but one that you just dont think of , Ive not been sewing in a while seem to have lost the will to do any some how , hopefully it will come back , cant wait for yiur next project , see you in the next one , Take care love xx ❤
I agree with you Lynn. I definitely prefer the inside of the second one. I hope you're well. You sound a little 'low' - I hope things are good for you and you're now getting out and about. 'Toy Boy', who is two years older than I am (🤣) is very well. He's busy doing this and that lol. Take care Lynn and look after yourself xx
HI Janet! Thank you for your comment. It was such a great project and I can't believe I am getting over my phobia of using my beloved vintage textiles!! Please let us know how you get on with your project xx
Wow, Lee! Thanks for your brilliant comment!! Sometimes, I wonder if I am doing the right type of projects so I always appreciate feedback. Especially when it s like yours!!! 😁 x
