@@raulyd9394 The type of cement I use is combined with clay to build the oven. Please share it with many people if you find it helpful. Thank you my friend👍🤝
Good Criative Idea! Aluizio.
Nothing too difficult about this build. Anyone with a bit of motivation could do this. This is above & beyond the best small smoker/oven build I've seen. I've been looking for such a video. I'll build one this winter. Incredible job. Thank you, Sir, for posting.
He did an overkill . Don't need the bricks inside , and wheels are a waste . This is not a car to keep moving it. The doors with hinges and locks is over kill too, can be removable doors at no cost. The inside chimney is also a wasted effort , could be routed from outside, if so necessary to have one.
The over kill as someone said is to preserve the metal so it won't break down as fast over time. And I like it that he wasn't too lazy to do a stupendous job.
Great design. This would be great for refugee families stuck in camps where these materials may be the only materials available vs buying a factory stove/oven. Or, people recovering in conflict zones. Bravo 👏
Very nice Stove/Oven! In a cold climate, this could be incorporated into a house and vented out the roof so that massive heat-sink would warm the house.
Incredible! Incredibly Heavy. Cooked up quite the feast and Love the "work" boots. Be sure to use "Fire Clay" in the mortar and allow it to cure 3-4 weeks prior to firing
Quem me dera tivesse desses aqui no interior de São Paulo pra gente comprar.

That's nice. I like the practicality of that. You can use it as a smoker or a grill or you just want to some fry fish outside. That way your house doesn't smell like fish. Great job on that sir.

Beautiful craftsmanship. It needs to be made from high temp refractory cement. The Portland will crack to pieces in 50-100 uses. The door is the wrong low temp terra-cotta clay and will fall apart first, use a fireclay . All the bricks need to be high temp fire brick. Build another, your an excellent craftsman! I’ve built many kilns and know what I speak of.
This is the appropriate cement for your bricks. www.amazon.com/Cleanburn-Castable-Refractory-Cement-2800°/dp/B07WFHGZLS/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=3L5LLUXA1AMPM&dchild=1&keywords=refractory+castable&qid=1623663862&sprefix=Refractory+castable%2Caps%2C272&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyQUFTM0hBTkxOUzRVJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMzg4MDEzMUZGWTc1OEUyMVk0RCZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMTUzMDYxMkVVTFlERzJNWklYTSZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=
Way over priced but you can find these locally. You might find them used from a boiler rebuild. Ask a furnace supplier or heating installer for used ones more like $1-3 ea. Your initial design is very sound , but run the chimney from the top (supported outside) not down from the bottom. You may only need 4’ for enough draft. Allow the airflow, smoke and gasses to enter the upper chamber first. Then baffle inside: any sort of plates that sit in the upper chamber to slow the smoke leaving so it heats up and burns more completely before it exits. Study rocket stoves on utube. You will use 1/3 of the wood and the stove will output very little smoke and heat faster with a more efficient rocket style modification!
What you built is very close to this $5k stove I once had in a motor home. Inside was a fireclay liner. Sitting on top of this liner sitting a few inches below the chimney hole was a fireclay plate the covered about the back 2/3rds of the space. It caused the smoke to be diverted from the front across to the back and slowed the smoke before it went up the chimney. Mine had a draft that opened and closed at the bottom of the stove below the sealed door. I also had a standard adjustable draft control in the chimney pipe, available at any fire place supplier. Having a lot of control over the draft plus a sealed door makes a big difference. www.haassohn.com/en/products/kaminofen/ECO%20ALPIN_f-231
