2:46 is actually an animatronic from the company Unit 70. Their work is incredibly impressive though. They created the giant Pennywise that was making the rounds on social media last year as well.

I once had a kid come up to my door in a toilet costume. He asked to put his candy in the bowl and flush, and when you did the candy would go somewhere (not exactly sure where). I also had another kid, the same year, come to my door dressed in a pink body suit with a toddlets chair on his head and said "I'm gum under a chair"
