Can you explain how to expand the dark cover? I have a Galaxy S22plus, and I don't know if it has something to do or not, but it just won't go any bigger

Nice thank you. However when I use the dot on my samsung it doesn't get as large as yours. What is the trick?

No trick here, Instagram allows to move or enlarge the objects. I am not sure if this is some issue with your Samsung phone. I am using iPhone 14 pro max this video.
