9:24 Since you were so confuzed about that photograph, i shall explain it the best as i can, even if i know almost nothing about it. On professional photoaparats there is that setting that only captures things that are not moving, and light. Both people that were holding hands were standing stil, and the person with lights was moving, so the camera hasn't catught him in. That's how a lot of really great pictures can be taken, that look as good as the one you have showed in the video with really simple methods. Objective captures mostly light and bright colors and the easiest way to do it is with a stand; you just put camera on, set up your motive and leave camera there, all settled up and capturing light in for as long as you want, usually around 10 - 20 seconds, then it automatically/when you press the button takes a photo. This is all i learned in photography club in my school in that few months before the quarantine started. Maybe i put in some wrong informations, i am not a photographer. But i do hope that i made it a little easier for everyone that was confuzed to understand what is happening here. Sorry if my English is bad, i'm learning.

Explaining the photo light ones. The camera is basically taking a very slow photo. It registers light before it registers a person since we see people by the light they reflect. So since the picture is being taken so slowly it see's the lights but it doesn't see the person

I can explain the light trick for the photography. what they are doing is using a slow shutter speed that will capture the light and as long as the light stick doesn't touch the man running he won't show up. its how the do all photography with light streaks in it.
