Love this video. The main guy that does all the talking is just so excited about everything. One of the best "studio tour" videos Ive watched, simply because of how genuine and excited he is about everything hes got. Great job.
What an amazing set up! Was feeling good about my own rig, then see these guys from Kron do it and see how much potential for growth there is! They also backed it up with a great live performance! Thanks for sharing and well done KRON!
I love their contrasting personalities. Their literally both of my personalities lol. Super passionate but also super chill, quiet, and not really social.
Everything is being run into a Motu 8x8 midi interface and a 8 channel pre-amp. MIDI can be send to either of the sequencers (Maschine + / Cirklon) or the instruments to control them.
Great insight guys , you mention the Yamaha Grooveboxes , have you had a play on the Roland MC909 and MC505, ? i guess the sounds in the MC505 werent as polished as the Yamahas. But the MC909 sounded heaps better imo? Thought about an ERM Multiclock or Midronone for master clock ? Your thoughts appreciated. ✌️ 🇦🇺 🪃
great series Craig, I’m really getting drawn to a Moog One right now it seems like the god of synths with a price tag to match, I already have 6 Moogs and there is nothing that sounds like those filters despite the changes with Moog lately, look forward to seeing more, thanks for putting it together 👌🏼
I have flip flopped between getting the Moog One and not getting it. I don't think it's going to make my music $10,000 better or it will make it $10,000 more fun to make music so I will be passing for now. Also, thank you for the kind words. There are more in the series coming. Trying to schedule people in music can be a little challenging hahahhahaaha.

It's a light instillation that they built to take to the shows. Each of the layers can be taken apart for transport. This way they can have their own lights for smaller venues.
fyi, there's now the Dtronics DT1000 (replica of the pg1000 programming module) you can use to program the D-05 and D50. Mine should be coming in sometime this week.
@@TheStreamingShed No, but the Nord is sweet, although you can't load samples on it just does synthesis. You can send midi notes to other devices with it though. Yamaha, Roland, Alesis, Korg, Theres a company called DDrum that make some, and that brand KAT has made other models in the past. Some hav sample memory, but I'm not sure what ones do.
There is a live performance at the end of the video. They have music on spotify (link in the description) and their instagram has a load of great videos.
Amazing Gear and Studio but accoustic wise the room seems to have a lot of reverb and i see no real accoustic treatment. Besides that they have top notch gear as well converters and then those Neumann Speaker. Dont get me wrong they‘re good speaker but they do not line up with the quality of gear they have. But i think this is often a problem because the lack of possibilities to listen and compare a bunch of good monitors before you buy…
