I knew nothing of cheerleading before this channel. Now I respect the hell out of the physical skill of it. But if *this* was its own sport - creative physical challenge stunting - I'd watch every event, every season. You folks are beasts. (Side note: Nick squatted the young lady way too smoothly. Balance and stabilizer muscles are impressive right there.)

I totally agree ... btw, it would be helpful if you guys separate out the Insta accounts between men and women. It took quite awhile before i figured out "Alex" is the blonde flyer and not one of the guys. Caylee is a more obvious female name, but Alex not so much ... fwiw

Ya know, I thought I was decently fit.... Until I saw this video. I have been absolutely schooled. Major respect to you guys. And envy. If I wasn't severely disabled, this sport would definitely have been more of an option for me (people asked me to be a flyer in high school). But I at least get a glimpse of the world through your videos, so thank you for putting these out. Keep kicking ass!!!

Of course they are. They are top notch athletes within the very competitive world of cheerleading. Constant training and somewhat regimented diet along with an average age of 23. They are the 1% that even premium runway models are envious of.

I felt awkward watching the blonde girl squat over Bonde 😂 just because her butt was basically out and he has a girlfriend like that must be so awkward??! I understand why they wear those shorts though.
