Exactly the point to understand as quick as possible and act accordingly to it by both public sector and private sector : Trying to play capitalism consciously with subconscious socialism in blood.If this current process is going to continue in the future then 2060 will experience Indian economy and state as a whole in the dark sphere of existence.That's for sure with 99.99% practical possibility.

Bro every year a new job avilable in differently new field and the world was started automating since 1800 and from 1800 jobs are actually started increasing. The unemployment mostly found in developing countries while developed countries have very low employment rate because they are more automated then the developing nation.
@lokeshsankarramesh423
@lokeshsankarramesh423 3 года назад
We have to focus on the reason why developing countries are "automating." The model is that developed countries like US, EU, UK, Japan, Korea, Australia, etc. provide more high value services to the outside world, such as technological services and they also have produced popular companies (Fast Food, Fast Fashion, Automobile Companies, etc.) but they outsource labor to developing countries. However, you have countries like China which are mostly self-sufficient and are both developed and developing in a way. The direction the world is moving is that every country can become either a developed country or a country which really serves no place in the world economy. As developed countries begin automating labor, big developing countries like India should learn from a country like China and try to develop mega corporations other than the typical Reliance Tata Infosys, etc. We need to provide high value consumer products and services, and a LOTT of it, then we can export to poorer countries in Africa or Latin America, etc. You get my point. We should also focus a lot on RnD so we don't rely on Western countries too much, and we should focus on high value manufacturing and try to automate very hard manual labor. Infrastructure (India's infrastructure right now is bad), energy transition and expanding the grid, AI, higher value production, etc. will provide a LOTT of jobs and increase GDP growth. That's how you make India a developed country. You also invest a lot more in education and encourage entrepreneurship here. We need a western style education system, that's the truth. My guess is that by 2070 or 2080 India would get there, but by the time India gets rich India's population will be shrinking.

I don't agree ion some points 1. If people stop using cash that is not possible bcz everyone don't know how to use mobile or any digital payment system 2.Working women-- we are improving working mindset of women bcz untill now every girls dreams was to find a well established boy and marry her but now things have been changed quite a lot in rural areas also. Automated job-- There will be a point where automated jobs need person to perform anything bcz if any failure happened then It cannot automatically repaired right!! See in 1990 what we had no of jobs right now the jobs are double. Job seekers-- Yes this point was quite right but not Fully bcz there are many people who just enjoy working and don't want to load themselves with new ideas or change that will impact the world.They are just live there lives fully,want to do something for the society,give time to their families. That's all..Thank you🙏

1. 10 Year ago, not many people knew about ATM card now they are using it. So with the non-cash transaction in the future. 2. You are not paying enough attention to what world's greatest thinker are saying , just watch Noah Harari once. 3. Data don't lie. Woman contribution to the income of the Country is reducing that is a fact because of available data. 4. There are few hundred jobs in the Govt sector for which Crores of younge people are preparing. Don't you think it wise to invest youth's energy and time to something more productive? Govt doesn't have that much of job, how they will provide?
