Social Security is not guaranteed because this money that was deducted from the salary of the senior citizens ( aged and retired workers ) during their contract of employment aren't given to some of them

All true but distinction must be made between reported utilization rate and unreported utilization rate. Only reported utilization rate can impact your credit scores.

Great video, I have a question...how do you handle old addresses when you move? Do you just leave it be and not worry about it...or do you have them remove the old address off your record?

You can change the address. Or simply have a PO Box you always keep.

Hey Garrett! What if I have a new credit card that was recently opened, that I don’t really need? Would it be worth it to close the account since it’s so new, whitch would increase my credit age average? Or would that average not be much of a change if I closed it?, (so maybe I would benefit more from the credit limit increase of having a new credit card?) For context, I have 3 credit card accounts, the oldest being 3 years 8 months old the second oldest being 2 years 5 months old and the third is this new one (that I don’t really need) that’s less than a month old. The added limit for this new card is only $1700. Should I close it or is the increase in limit more helpful than the increase in age of closed. (If any). My current average credit age with all 3 cards is 2 years. Thanks in advance. PS. Saw your comedy show in south Florida. A few months back. Was amazing. Thanks for signing my book.!

He stated some things wrong. Here's the real. 35% payment, 30% Amount Owed or Utilization, 15% Lenght of credit history, 10% new credit, and 10% mixture of credit.
