Here are my answers: 1. It will depend how many courses you get as credit. If you get credit for all courses (which is unlikely) then you can continue from where you finished in BD. 2. Generally there are no exams if you meet the eligibility criteria. 3. The cost depends of which country, what type of university (quality, ranking). 4. The certificate will be given by the university from where you will finish the degree. There will be no mention of previous university in the certificate. The transcript may have mention of the courses from which they were conducted before. 5. I dont think this matters at all if you are a female. There are lots of female students studying abroad. Most developed nations have a secured environment for their international students.

Don’t think so. National university doesn’t allow credit transfer as far as I know. Better check with your institution.

Study gap wouldnt affect much. Since you have good CGPA, so now work on your English speaking skill. Get good IELTS score which will help you build more confidence. Start contacting with different universities from now on.

You can transfer credit at anytime of your degree. But some universities have specific requirements, so you need to follow that. The question of cost is very relative. It depends on country, university, course etc. plus you have to factor in the living expenses as well.

That’s a great plan. You have to learn German language which will give you an advantage. Also start connecting with universities and express your interest for credit transfer. Send your transcript to few universities and check if they approve your application.

Public universities in Bangladesh doesnt allow credit transfer, although some of the universities may do which have credit-based results. So you have check your specific requirements with. I am not sure what you mean by "ami to bahir theke ashchi".

In most cases, it depends on the applying university if they will accept 30 credits. So you have to check with the intended university if they’re okay with less credit or they want you to complete 60 credits in total.

হ্যালো স্যার, আমি IUBAT তে CSE Department এ আছি, কিন্তু আমাদের ভার্সিটি থেকে বাহিরের যাওয়ার সঠিক প্রসেস টা কেউ বলতে পারছে না কিংবা ভার্সিটির ডিপার্টমেন্টের লোকেরাও সঠিক তথ্য দিচ্ছে না। আমার থার্ড সেমিস্টার চলছে। IEB membership চলে গেছে ভার্সিটি থেকে। আমি কি এখন বাহিরে ভালো কোনো ভার্সিটিতে ক্রেডিট ট্রান্সফার করতে পারবো? বাহিরে ৬০ ক্রেডিট কমপ্লিট করার পর গেলে খরচ কেমন হবে কিংবা ক্রেডিট ট্রান্সফার করার জন্য কি কি করতে হবে আমাকে প্রসেস টা যদি একটু বলে দিতেন খুব উপকার হবে।

I suggest you start contacting with foreign universities and share your transcript with them. If they accept your credits, then you can certainly transfer. I don’t think you’re in university would have any objections to that.

You have to check with ULAB and SEU first, if they have any international collab with any Canadian universities or not. You can choose to do it by yourself without uni collab as well. In that case uni doesn't matter. What matters is the grading system, good result and English skills.

Of course you can. Check which university in UK has a similar degree offering. I am assuming your study media is English. Also you need good IELTS score.

You have to check with international office if there’s one in your university. If not then contact directly with the universities where you want to study.

Hi Altruist, currently, I'm living in BD, i have offer letters from Australian universities, However, because of the age restriction policy from the Australian Govt, I would not be able to get PSW visa after completion of my master's degree. Is it possible to complete one semester in Australian University and then transfer credit to the USA?? Because after the election it would be harder to get a USA or European visa. Would you plz suggest? or make a video regarding this??

Thanks for your question. Credit transfer depends on few factors eg. host institution requirements, result, other criteria. Generally, western country curriculums are comparable, so it should be possible to transfer credit from Australia to USA. I'd recommend checking with the specific Australian university if they have any connection with any USA university which will give you more assurance. Good luck!

It depends mostly on your previous results meeting the language requirements and criteria from the applying university. I’d recommend starting to communicate with some universities and check what they want.

I would suggest to complete bachelor first and then consider higher education in overseas. But if you’ve decided to go at the bachelor level then why Italy? Do you want to settle there? Do you want to do further education? I don’t think Italy is a great destination for higher education.

Well that’s a good plan. That will let you come to Australia. But you still have to meet the eligibility requirements to stay in Australia if that’s your final goal.

It depends on which university you’re going to apply for credit. Top quality universities have their own requirements. Some medium quality universities are more relaxed and they accept most courses and give credit.

You can certainly transfer credit to Canadian universities which will be a good choice. I’m not aware about Canadian PR policy. I think you will get a temporary residence after completing your degree. Then you have to accumulate enough points.

First you have to check with your university if it has any collaboration with any US University or not. If yes then the process is easy. You need to simply process the transfer through your university. If not then you have to establish contact with any foreign university and then share your transcripts with them.

Thanks for your question. I live in Australia so it might be difficult to have a phone conversation. Your son needs store have a good English language test score. And then he needs to start communicating with the US universities. Not every university accept direct credit also US universities have their specific requirements. I would recommend your son to speak with Brac University. International office who can provide him good guidance.

Unfortunately, I don’t think that’s possible. National University curriculum is not that advanced. If your assessment system is CGPA based then it might be possible.
