@bdoncd -- Just in case you weren't aware, the band itself has never left, they just became Alter Bridge (vocalist: Myles Kennedy). It's definitely nice to see them with Scott after so many years, though.
The one who didn't realize is you that AB sounds very different from CREED. There is no point of comparison. They sound very different, and I am glad that CREED is back @@coastalcthulhu
@@rosebedoya2995 Oh, I know. I've been a fan of both bands since the beginning. I was just pointing out that the band itself was still performing, they haven't been sitting on their hands since Creed was no more.
oh man when scott put his arm around tremonti as he starts the verse “but, my friend, i’d sacrifice all those nights, if i could make the earth and my dreams the same” was so beautiful, almost a tear jerker
@@jeremyhille7964I wouldn’t say that, he had his most commercial & financial success with Creed which is part of the reason his Alterbridge records would garner much attention even before the albums were released because every member from Creed except for Scott started Alterbridge. It’s pretty much Creed without Scott and instead we have the beast that is Myles Kennedy. While Alterbridge debut album is one of my favorite rock albums of all time, you can tell those songs sound very similar to Creeds monologue even tell those songs were written for Creeds but they disbanded
So glad to see Scott not only in good spirits but damn good shape! Definitely looks like he’s been putting hard work into the gym for this reunion tour. I’m glad one of my favorite bands ever have gotten back together & still have many years left!
This is a blessing for me I was a kid sick with Leukemia when Creed started out and then when I won my battle at sixteen with a bone marrow match they played in my hospital room now at 41 as a survivor I can't put into words what Creed mean to me Thank You Creed for being with me on my childhood journey with Leukemia and my bone marrow match at sixteen when I beat my Leukemia love you boys more than you will ever know
@@bobabooey4537 he might be able to sing like that now, but its a terrible way to sing it destroys your voice, he uses more vocal technique instead of just raw talent
Creed’s resurgence and the recognition they’re getting now after being hated on for so long is what I really needed. The positivity people are sending them and seeing them healing after so many years is giving me hope. They’ve always been a great band and their music holds a special place in my heart.
Eh better than nickelback I guess. No one can deny the hits. And Scott basically had a huge mental decline so any reasonable person would root for him to get the help he needed. I personally don't love the music but any band giving effort and rocking out that has actual talent to perform is much better than some of these talentless tik tok performers like ice spice.
Sitting home just diag with Bell’s palsy this past Monday. I just forgot my problems for 5:56. Thanks for posting this. I missed Creed all these years. Glad to have them back.
Creed back feels so right, look how comfortable and relaxed and the pure enjoyment taking place on stage! Love ❤️ it! Thank you so much for sharing your fantastic videos! The rest of us are living this moment through you fan’s sharing till we can share from our shows, really appreciate the Creed footage my friend🤟🙌🎶🔥🥰
I agree but I dig his solo stuff more than this reunion. I think only Scott Stapp wants to be there. Watched him do this solo and it's like 10 times better and more energy... I don't know that's just the vibe I get.
@@lostz2754 I’ve seen Scott many times solo and I love ❤️ his solo music 🎶 his new album is amazing and I loved his last album too! He said his solo music 🎶 and Creed touring can co-exist! He also thinks Mark and him often wrote new albums on tour and thinks the creative juices will be flowing, so think we’ll get new music 🎶 from Creed! I feel they differently all want to be on this Creed tour together, I feel it coming off the stage. I think we can enjoy Scott with Creed and his solo touring separately, get the best of both worlds but you may see things differently then I do, nothing wrong with that but for me I’m loving 🥰 having Creed together again! I’ll continue to see Scott on his solo tours and Creed tours for sure! 👍I think now on Scott’s solo tour will get to hear more of his music 🎶 for sure!
Im the same these days... cant afford concert tickets. It never used to be that way but I guess times change. Everything changes often..... except wages.
Be still my heart!!! This is THE song that got me hooked on CREED... Seeing them together again is a dream come true! SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This song always remind me late my father as it was released days before he passed away😢, he is the only one in the family who take me higher, RIP father 😢
Scott Stapp looks incredible. Super healthy, happy, full of vibrant life, and his voice sounds better than it has in 20 years. So glad to see how he turned his life around. ❤
Im 12 yrs old when i'm lstnng this song until now im turnng 38 yrs old this is my favorate song...tnx scott i hope u will never be older. I am from philippines
Yes! This is the best that I have heard Scott sound on this song in a looooong time. There is no sign of vocal struggle. Thank you for the video! I'm so excited to see them all again in July!
I came out of my hole around the same time Scott did. I’m so proud of him. He is an inspiration. To come from the depths he did to be here is to be celebrated.
2:13 if you told me this would have happened after 2012 between Scott and Mark I would have called you a mad man. Scott Stapp redemption arc is beautiful.
@@brnuggets8605por problemas de ego y mentales de Stapp la banda volvió a apagarse. Viajaba (Stapp) en diferentes vehículos, ni se hablaban, etc. se distanciaron.
Sobriety looks good on Scott, he struggled for a long time but he 8 years in his sobriety, he worked hard to get his live back and continues to reach out to others! Seeing Scott and Mark like this makes me so happy, they’re each others brother again👏👏👏🤟
They look like they haven't missed a beat! Scott and Mark look so happy with each other. I hope they will make some new music together and continue in the future. Scott looks like he is finally happy and at peace finally!
They were great before and deserve to be noticed then and now and his voice is amazing and I created my own prison is a song I won’t forget god bless them
Dear CREED family, Thank you for uploading. This definitely looks like all of our boys are very happy to be back together, and they're all in a really good place with each other
I’m seeing these guys in September! Can’t freaking wait! I was only 8 in the Summer of ‘99 but I definitely had Creed playing in my house as a kid. I saw Alter Bridge last March and got goosebumps, thinking it was as close as I’d get to see Creed (and it was an incredible show). I’m so stoked to see these guys!!
Not sure why they call it Summer of '99 its more like it should be Summer of '24 which sounds more like it and this was live on April 18, 2024. Too early to be a summer cruise.
@@1998gst4611 because they are touring with 3 doors down, both of those bands were huge in 1999. So it's a nostalgia tour, basically. Both bands still sound great and have a good back catalog to play for younger fans and the old fans too.
So happy to see all the guys back together and happy. You can tell they all want to be there and it’s not just a money grab. Stapp sounds amazing and so much better than back in 2009-2010 when they released Full Circle. Hopefully they release a final album in the future!
