Personally, I want his right hand. While both are better than my equivalents, I am a little stronger fundamentally with my left and doubt I could ever get the speed/accuracy he does w my right (whereas a lot of the left hand feels like stuff I could learn if i really wanted to work at it.)
@@hairyballsagna420 Well...I relate more to Ernesto's playing style, but love Metallica's music. I grew up learning to play most Metallica songs on a classical nylon string guitar, so I connect with that aspect of Ernesto's playing, and appreciate the songs he chooses to cover (as many Metallica songs sound great on acoustic/classical guitar), which is a testament to their skill in composing. However, as I am also a cover hobbyist player, I have no desire to be a great composer. Merely a good/decent enough player that ppl will enjoy the great songs they already know and love.
Ernesto, the way the music flows through you is breathtaking and inspiring. You are a joy to listen to and get lost. Thank you again for continuing to share your passion with the world. It’s a better place for it. Much love brother
this might be the only metal song about the story of moses and ra'amses btw ever tried to metal-ize/acoust-ize any favorite pop song of yours? I bet there are pop songs you like that you already tried to give them a more mature arrangement
Hey, your #1 fan here again! its been a while :D "I loved every second! I love Metallica, and I enjoyed every second of your arrangement. Please consider playing 'The Call of Ktulu,' 'To Live Is to Die,' or 'Blackened.' I think 'To Live Is to Die' is a song that you'll enjoy arranging and playing. Your style fits the song well. Thank you, Ernesto. I can't wait for your next video!
@@ErnestoSchnack you’re welcome! I continue to work on getting better myself. I didn’t start until I was 45. Now I’m 51. But I love it, even though I’m just ok so far
It's pretty intimidating to someone who has played almost every day of my life and performed for 30 years (me). He is amazingly talented and obviously works incredibly hard on his craft.
