Ugh those two creeps using bipolar disorder as an excuse is so disgusting and infuriating because it gives people with actual diagnosed bipolar disorder a bad image, such as myself
@@DantesGrillthey never said that. They said it makes people with bipolar disorder look bad- considering there’s already a large stigma against those with bipolar I agree
@@Mreow33 By saying "it makes people with 'actual diagnosed' bipolar disorder" you insinuate that the other part isn't diagnosed or doesn't actually have it at all. You have a mental disorder, not everyone with said mental disorder are good people. They have their own issues to deal with, their own manic periods and their own depressive periods. Acting like someone is ruining your bipolarity because they don't handle things like you is just ignorant.
Those people are bad people because they chose to hurt people. Bipolar doesn’t make you hurt people. If that were true, all bipolar people would be violent and that’s just not true. The choice to SA someone is separate from bipolar. Very very separate.
Yeah, we know John K and Dan Schneider. I wonder if y’all knew that Dan Schneider was actually in better off Dad as a creepy mama’s boy like nerd Ricky?
We're lucky this did not happen with Stephen Hillenburg or Butch Hartman . (Because SPongebob is my favourite character, but i i ever saw new about Stephen Hillenburg doing this, i would delete SPongebob out of my head's brain, because i would not trust that show again, i even created him in my drawings)
Make a Part 2 and definitely talk about the creator of Mighty Magiswords, Kyle Carrozza. Awesome show with a neat concept, however he recently just destroyed his entire career after he was caught and arrested for harboring 16 TERABYTES worth of CP on his computer.
The "escape-eeds" of Rick Sanchez? If you don't know a word, look it up. It's not even like it involves finding a dictionary and learning the IPA (not a beer). Just Google the word and hit play. (SORRY. That kinda went too far, maybe. )
One slight correction about Kevin Clash: The age of consent in New York has been upped to 18 since the incident in question, but it was still 17 at the time. Either way, a felony.
Regardless of the very sad and unfortunate circumstances of what happened, Little Bill and Fat Albert had much better morals than something like Caillou. One of my family members recommended Fat Albert to me. And I watched some episodes, and they are incredibly deep for their time and had an extremely positive impact on me. my family member and I tend to look onto the positive side of things and not look to the negative and not even focusing on the negative all the time when we watch both shows because we choose to actually separate art from the artist. I also watched Little Bill when I was very young. and let's just say this... if Fat Albert and Little Bill actually existed. They would've both absolutely hated their creator and what he did to those women. People have got to learn how to separate art from artists when it comes to stuff like this, which, even though Cosby created both shows. Fat Albert and Little Bill literally had nothing to do with their creators' actions. And when people automatically point fingers at shows for what their creators did, it is just ignorant and highly uncalled for blaming an innocent cartoon for what the creator did. especially for someone like me who grew up watching Little Bill and Fat Albert. It comes off as very scummy. Keep in mind that not only these women were affected by Cosby's actions. But also the family members of Cosby who most likely had nothing to do with Cosby's actions IRL. even Cosby's deceased son probably would've highly despised what his father did..
@@CrumbySoulsol I thought it was based on his son that died. and even if it was based on Cosby (Which even if it was. a child especially in Little Bill's case. they don't even understand the whole concept of what Cosby did. because they are innocent and they wouldn't want to hear or see disgusting crap like that. which I don't even know how Bill Cosby turned out to be so vile to begin with. and my heart broke for those poor women and Bill Cosby's Innocent Family Members which both sides were equally as affected.) but lemme say this. As I stated earlier. I DON'T support the guy for what he did to those women. it was VERY evil and vile what he did. but these shows especially in Little Bill and Fat Albert's cases clearly meant a lot to people in many ways that people can't understand and they only stick to the negative sides of things. I tend to look on the positive side and not stick to the negative all the time. both Fat Albert and Little Bill are completly innocent cartoons that obviously had nothing to do with Cosby's Actions IRL. and people should know this by now. regardless of the matter. I still watch Fat Albert and Little Bill to this day. because those shows actually helped me and others a lot growing up. they had extremly amazing morals that almost no kids show can get away with now. (Specifically in Fat Albert's Case)
The fact that there are statues of limitations on child sexual abuse is wild. A predator can outright admit to this shit years later because they know they won't be punished.
@@skelemama I doubt it since morbidforfun did say his script was so long that he had to collab with Allie Tricaso. Writing scripts takes time and doing voice overs or even video recordings take as much time, if not longer. I know what that's like. It could be a coincidence. Nobody knew about Quiet On Set until the series itself came out despite the trailer released a month prior. It didn't have as many views when it was uploaded if you check using a chrome extension.
on behalf of almost everyone diagnosed with bipolar disorder, im not saying we arent capable of being creepy as anyone can be, but Im so sick of people using the disorder as some kind of get out of jail free card when 99% of us arent going around being pervs and creeps. Like people like him make us look bad by doing that and I hate it
Thank you. There are too many uneducated or just plain a**hole people who will think those mental disorders *cause* that behavior. Correlation doesn’t automatically mean causation. Plenty of people have BPD, or depression, ptsd, or what have you ,and they would be disgusted at the mere thought. Creeps are creeps. The only relevant mental disorder they have is PDFilic disorder itself. Any other disorder they may have is an irrelevant coincidence.
Same! I have bipolar too! Often to justify people being terrible people tend to say others are bipolar. People who are bipolar are some of the kindest and most understanding people. People who arent like that shouldn't be subjected to the "all of us are bad treatment". And its certainly not a blanket either. You can be bipolar without being a creep, ped*, or a criminal. You would often be surprised how many celebrities from Jim Carey, to Mariah Carey have bipolar actually!
The sad thing about Little Bill was that it wasn’t really a bad show at all. Now we’ll never get to see it anymore because Bill Cosby chose to be a creep.
@@fridalighjemdallen7283 They say that, but Jake Goldman himself voiced the self-insert from the get-go and wrote all of the self-insert's early episodes. Also it was a cartoon network spokesperson, Jean Woo, who claimed Jake wasn't responsible for it. Honestly that reeks of damage control: they realized what their creepy writer had done but couldn't change it, as changing it would be seen as admitting it was true, so they got a spokesperson to claim it was just a joke and then quietly phased the character out. Besides, even IF they're telling the truth, it's distinction without difference. A person's co-workers creating a self-insert for someone else that he will voice and will be shipped with a 5 year old is not better than a guy creating his own self-insert so he can ship himself with a 5 year old. In fact, now that I think about it, I think the co-workers doing it "because it was funny" and him being totally okay with it might be worse than if he had just sneakily done that on his own.
I mean... Julia Vickerman stalked a teen and post it on Tumblr before deleting it, she was the one who also suggested the twerk scene from the PPG reboot as well.
I hate it when people use being neurodivergent as an excuse to do unforgivable acts. I have ADHD and I don’t go around harassing people for self pleasure!
One of my college classmates claims he has ADHD and uses that excuse to treat me like shit by degrading me and making me feel stupid in front of others. I believe he was lying to get away with bullying me.
I know a very infamous mf in the Amphibia and The Owl House fandom who uses his ADHD and Autism to validate all of his wrongdoings. Trust me, it's a lot of wrongdoings that will get him his own video very soon.

I'm totally offended by these creators using bipolar and adhd as a excuse for there actions. They have no idea how hard it is to even just be bipolar and second guessing whats your real personality, or if its just a pattern of your obsessive mania. All this and the worst to come from me where loud yelling, self detrimental guilt and depression. And theirs also the pattern of my previous spending sprees
The worst I’ve ever done is yell at someone unjustly. They’d done nothing wrong but I yelled anyway. @@therealaintain If you fuck someone up like that, you shouldn't be able to get away with it, just because "It's been a while.". The statute of limitations is stupid in the first place, essentially rewarding people for either being able to get away with something for long enough, or fleeing to a country with weird extradition laws, until "the heat dies down". It's a little less ridiculous when it's a victimless crime, although still ridiculous, but if you've harmed someone, you shouldn't be able to get with it, just because you got away with it for long enough.
@therealaintain Seriously, and, as a woman, to take things further, I absolutely believe that it should be considered just as seriously when it's a woman attacking a man, as when it's a man attacking a woman. People will make JOKES, in the case of the former, and it's like what the fuck? It's not a joking matter, regardless. Many of the same people who will say "You should never raise your hand to a woman, regardless of if they attack you, first, or not." will be the same ones who ridicule a guy for being attacked by a woman, and it's like... how do you suggest they deal with it?

I don’t think too many former animators for Filmation will be sad to see it go. As it is, taking the show there caused a falling out between Bill Cosby and Floyd Norman.
That’s horrible. I never watched it (it was a little before my time) but it seemed like a show a lot of people liked at the time. And now because of a creep, no one can watch it again. That’s really sad.
A guy tried to blackmail Clash by claiming they had been involved. He got caught in his lies, admitted publicly it was a scam, but not before ruining Kevin's career.
Kinda like how they made fun of the sub way guy by saying he “wanted to give all the children aids” to help them lose weight. And then he got cought a few years later for being a pedophile after that episode was made. Crazy timing
Kind of unrelated but Morty kinda reminds me of Arnold from The Magic School Bus. They’re both anxious, don’t want to go on science based adventures, and they both wear yellow
Surprised that you didn’t mentioned and talk about Julia Vickerman on this video as she is creep that created Twelve Forever. Also she was the writer of 2016 powerpuff girls reboot which involves girls twerking.

So hold on Savino was swiftly delt with but Dan Schinder was allowed to stay on for Drake and Josh, ICarley, Sam and Kat and Victorious? Make it make sense please.
It was over a decade of time between them and Savino was caught up in the MeToo movement. They dealt with Schneider shortly after they dealt with Savino. Financially and reputation wise, it was the right time to take action.
Savino only created the loud House and cartoon creators have already left/been kicked iff shows before, while Dan was a major part and creator of the most popular series on the channel, when his shows stopped being massive hits he got kicked off.
0:56 & 13:58 Ren and Stimpy and The Loud House have one thing in common; they’re both wacky, zany colourful cartoons created by disturbingly unhinged creators.

It’s not all of Hollywood, it’s a minority of few with power and often the repercussions come from Hollywood itself which isn’t a monolithic entity, but hundreds of competing studios and productions, if they find dirt on each other they’ll release it to hold accountability over each other. You should not be surprised on the amount of abuse by Christian churches then protected by “religious freedom”
Not all, Walt wasn't liek this, neither was Butch Hartman (Creator of the Fairly Odd Parents and Danny Phantom) and Stephen Hillenburgh (Creator of Spongebob and probably the reboots and movies.)
Hollywood is not a monolithic entity, it’s hundreds of studios and production companies with their own agendas and operations. One studio with a scandal does not equate all of Hollywood conspiring with one shady individual.
I don't know about the others but Rebecca Sugar made CP of Edd Ed and Eddy and almost hired Shmorky a famous animator who is a known pedophile who loved SU because if its themes and dealing with children, she was good friends with him just a heads up.
@audieb512 For more information there are tons of videos and articles of Daisy Kay/ Shmorky. Shmorky commented that he knew Rebecca and shared work, however I am unaware how close they were. Its just good to know and spread that information around
Yea, the later seasons are fucking unwatchable. Savino knew how to portray the disgusting reality of having a big family/being the only son in a great way. Now it's nothing.
Honestly in his defense there isn't much evidence of him really doing it, it's mostly just assumption and even then he is actively getting his act together and becoming a better person.
@@DantesGrillyeah that is quite pitible that the format of chaotic families that got the show so much praise in the first place was scrapped almost entirely in favor of singular characters and their buddies nobody cares about. Interestingly however the show was actually morphing into this format while the creator was still around. I really feel like the show should've just ended at the last episode he worked on because at that point the show already peaked and everything is just a crummy recreation of his style. And that's literally all it is, the show desperately trying to recreate what got the show love in the beginning now with random nobodies but it also doesn't realize that it's a washed up show now, it already lived it's run and now it's time to let go. All this show is chasing these days is insanity for it's already peaked and it's not gonna redo that. Doesn't matter how hard they try to morph the show beyond recognition. Not really that huge on some aspects of it's humor though, it can be hit or miss, sometimes it's witty, sometimes it's fun and hectic, but most of the times it's the same few repetitive gags that tend to be annoying very similar to later Fairly OddParents' humor. I bring this up because it's something that barely went changed even years after the firing of the creator. (Apologies for the nerdy text wall)
@@zkoopa4445 I mean, even if the show was moving in that direction with Savino, it's still inspired by his family so I'd assume that he'd be better at fleshing out the characters. And I don't think Nickelodeon knows what to do with it except for milking it. Even at peak popularity the show was washed up. They made a spin off show that only Hispanics can relate to, compared to a show that anyone with siblings, or even people who had friends with siblings could relate to. The humor being hit or miss didn't matter much because the base concept was strong enough on its own.
@@DantesGrill I totally agree the hispanic spinoff is garbo and has no reason to exist, it really was only made because Nickelodeon saw easy spin-off potential, but the main show is all anyone needed for this nice family setting, it set all the grounds for what we would've needed with this concept and it of course became a beaten dead horse and is now Nickelodeon's second biggest cash cow. Going from a simple yet refreshing and intriguing idea about a big families and the lessons learned along the way and just ruining it turning into just another modern day cartoon with nothing worth remembering to put it lightly.

This actually pisses me off beyond reason. I have bipolar disorder and the fact they're trying to blame it on THAT is infuriating. A manic episode DOES NOT cause you to be pedophilic, that's already THERE. Mania feels exactly like being on cocaine so he did have lack of impulse control and overconfidence but again, he was already a pedophile.
Listened to a lot of animators that said that the ren and stimpy guy was the epitome of never meet your heroes. No one has ever had a kind word to say about him.
No matter the case. Nickelodeon was my childhood It will always be my childhood no matter what. There might be some crazy stuff behind it, but it doesn't mean it ruins the shows for me.
Interesting fact: Even though after Kevin Clash resigned from Sesame Workshop, he did return to puppeteering but this time with The Jim Henson Company.
Rod Hull doesn’t deserve to be on the list. He lived in the restoration house mansion in the same town as me in the early 90s, a thoroughly nice and decent man

Hannibal Buress did not mention the Bill Cosby joke first. The adult show, Drawn Together, joked about the predictor allegations against Bill back in 2007.
It's sad that one of the first reactions I had to hearing what Rod Hull did was "...Well, at least he wasn't touching kids, I guess?" The bar is has truly gone THAT LOW. It's in hell at this point.
You didn't mention julia vickerman, who was the creator of twelve forever and got removed from the show before it even aired for sexual harassment among the staff. She also is a creep for making remarks about teenage boys and she stalked one in a fair who was with his mom
0:56 My dad back then as a kid use to watch "The Ren And Stimpy Show" with his brother Eric, and it was a funny show, his favorite episode was Fake Dad. The show might of had some dark humor, but in my opinion, the right amount, take for example Flamin' Hot Cheetos, the right amount of spice... And one time, my father found "The Lost Episodes of Ren and Stimpy." And he thought it would be more funnier, basically like the "SpongeBob SquarePants Lost Episode?!" It wasn't.... It featured swear words, left to right, and vile stuff. He told me never to watch ANY OF IT!!!! Or something similar to that, and luckily, I didn't.... But it's sad to see these allegiances, or rumors, or when the allegations are for real!!! So I feel bad for the people harmed in this video, and hope they get justice, they probably did.... But me and my dad are rewatching the 90's series of "The Ren and Stimpy show."
I'm an older millennial from the UK and I hadn't heard the allegations against Rod Hull until now. It's disappointing but sadly not surprising. I met him when I was about 4, and I cried because Emu bit my sister but not me, and I wanted to get bitten by Emu because it always made me laugh when he bit people. Now I think about it, he was pretty creepy. It's difficult to think of a kids' entertainer from my childhood who wasn't. I was a massive Rolf Harris fan. I watched his TV shows, listened to his music (he made novelty songs that appealed to kids, unsurprisingly), and had his Learn to Draw Cartoon Characters books. When the details emerged about Jimmy Savile (someone else I watched on TV as a kid), again it was shocking and upsetting but not that surprising as he hid in plain sight. There was always something unsettling about him, and rumours had circulated for years. But with Rolf Harris, that was heartbreaking for me as I'd always seen him as this wholesome Bob Ross type figure (though apparently Bob Ross wasn't that wonderful behind the scenes either). Another BBC "family" entertainer who turned out to be a PDF was Stuart Hall who hosted a popular show called It's a Knockout. There was even a special charity edition that featured members of the Royal Family (Jimmy Savile and Rolf Harris also had ties to the Royal Family. Hmm...).
you know, if were in the responsible ones shoes, I would have made a bigger positive differences than being cruel to the unfortunate victims in a visionary sense
