+G0LDZ1LL4 thanks for the sub :) I tried to build it so the scenes are always viewable by the ride, without needing to turn the camera. Once you ride a few times learn where the ride looks, you can develop that area with details​. It's just a bit of trial and error but keep riding alot while you build to check

+Strazman the lights are Xmas lights with art shapes around them to make them have expressions. Just set all but one light to black. When lights are set to black they just turn off, and you can place the lit ones as eyes easily, then use the art shapes to add characterisation

Tricky Plays Games merry Christmas :) the eyes are made from Christmas light. some are coloured black so they don't show. the ghosts are Christmas wreathes and the spider legs are icicles. these spooks are Christmasy haha

You can also use the Box Lights - color the box black and keep the light red or any other color you like!

+StarzoneNeo my suggestion would be to look at my live stream if you want to see me develop the ride and my hear my thought process as I build it. Tips I can think of are to plan. Look at blue prints of real dark rides (I love Disney ones in perticular). What makes this ride feel large is wierd and distorted angles of walls. Many special effects are made by shining lights behind the focus. The eyes are Xmas lights with all but one colour changed to black. When a light is set to black it doesn't show. You can't trigger your own sounds, so make sure your sounds play on a loop and mix well when repeated. I used editing software for this, and adding echos to make it sound like it's inside. Tigger each scene so that it looks like the ride is more interactive. Also lightning is just 8 area lights set to go off for 0.1 seconds. They are triggered at intervals for example 0.1, 0.3, 0.4, 0.6, 0.7 etc for a flash effect. Then add tirggered lighting and thunder effects that come with the game

+Digital Unity thank you :) the best pointers I can give are: to look up real dark ride plans and see how they are laid out. I used the haunted mansion ride for help with this. When building scenes I always checked they lined up with the view of the car. There are few 90° angles, many of the walls are not attached and are placed at odd angles to distort perception. To make monsters and ghosts, Use objects to make a shiloette and shine light from behind so give off a spooky effect. You can check out the single scenes on my workshop and deconstruct then to see how I approached it, if you need help or inspiration

ZTRCTGuy thank you for the nice comments :) I'm happy you enjoyed the ride but in sorry you didn't like the soundtrack. how do you think I could improve in that regard? my own sounds can't be triggered so they play on repeat, and it's pretty garish at certain parts like the corridor of doors and the toilet flush. I wish I could trigger these sounds as well as set each speaker at its own different sound volume.

I didn't know every sound came from speakers really, but now I see. Well the problem with those planet coaster speakers is that it sounds rly sharp and it has a lot of echo. I usually record only the ride sound and video edit every other sound and music in the video editing, way better quality and removes the echo of speakers. For that you can watch my magic cats ride if you want.But It surely doesn't have such great building quality as this though. Music speakers have a volume button but triggered speakers havent right? still something they need to improve in planet coaster.
