There's an entire ARG (Alternate Reality Game) revolving around this, it's very cool. Also this maze of rooms has weird creepy monsters in it and it is almost impossible to get out of this maze sane and alive. It's called the Backrooms.

I have a story so my mom was asleep. I was with her in her room. It was like three in the morning. I heard banging like our house was getting robbed like there was banging and like I was freaked out I was crying cuddling mom she did not open her eyes like I heard chairs moving and I was so freaking terrified. It’s finally stopped at about six in the morning, and then I finally went to sleep and then I woke up and nothing was moved like nothing at all. Everything was the same as it was last night, and my brother was in bed. He had no friends over anything.

I was babysitting some kids with a friend once, and I was alone with one of the kids in a room. He points to a corner and says, there's a person there. The corner is completely empty. I was like, no there's not. But he kept insisting there was. It was so freaky.

So, to clarify for the dog story: There are Native American spirits like the Wendigo and Skinwalkers, who can morph into animals I believe [I'm not Native American, nor do I know too well of what they are] so that could explain why they were freaked out.

Most children have a connection to ghosts and spirits. Most spirits who stay on earth are friendly! When I was a baby my uncle who had passed away when I was very little, often stayed around my crib to watch over me. I would talk to other ghosts/spirits, but all of them were peaceful and kind. I also still see a faint low opacity net that goes around me, protecting me. ❤️ don’t be afraid, most spirits are here to help!

as a child i use to say hi whenever i felt uncomftorable. I always felt like i was seing my imaginary friends. They were all made of shadows. Its a bit strange and sometimes i said it infront of my family.

Hi sssniperwolf! I'm a big fan of you starting my childhood!

As I sat in my room, I saw a dark shadow pass by my doorway. Startled, I jumped up to see who or what it could be. But when I looked, there was no one there. I brushed it off as my imagination playing tricks on me and settled back into my bed. That night, as I drifted off to sleep, I was jolted awake by a loud thud. I turned on the light and saw that a book had fallen off my shelf. But the strange thing was that it was a book I had never seen before. The cover was old and tattered, and the title read "The Shadow's Secrets." Shivers ran down my spine as I realized the shadow I had seen earlier was not just my imagination. It was something more sinister, something that had followed me into my room. I couldn't shake the feeling that the book had some connection to the shadow, but I was too scared to open it and find out. From that night on, I made sure to keep my bedroom door locked tight.

Something similar to the second clip happens in my house too. Every night around 8 or 7 the light in the kitchen just automatically turns on and it's been happening for years, the closet light also keeps on flickering. I live in an apartment that was abandoned for 5 years and now I'm getting the creeps.

I had something similar happened to the sleepwalking one when I was really little for only about a week apparently I would run down the hall laughing hysterically eyes wide open and then just sit on the toilet and laugh 😂

I can confirm that young children can definitely see more of the spiritual world than any of us older folk because when I was 2 I remember seeing something in my hallway and I had to run upstairs to my parents 😀but I was so tiny I couldn’t go fast. It was traumatizing and as a 19 year old I still hate the dark

My sister used to say she saw a doll in the corner of the room by an old lamp we got at a yard sale. Nothing was by it to cast a shadow. She wasn't scared at all. I convinced our mom to get rid of it. The doll disappeared after that.

My mom told me a story of what happend when I was younger, bc I kept seeing this girl in my sleep, and my mom told me when i was younger she heard me talking to someone in my room, ( I was 3) my mom called me over, and a shadow with black white eyes walked over and then i walked right after, then one night my mom woke up and 3:00 at night, she woke up to check on me and she saw me sitting on my bed eyes open talking to a wall! In a different language, I still see that girl, she told me that she is called Elizabeth, that was the name of my friend when I was a baby, my mom and her bff both had children and me and her were besties. But she died in her sleep, idk how, but yeah - I'm just trying not to make her mad but it's kinda freaky, but she's kind, plus I don't have. Much friends and I'm kinda glad to have her.. I might delete this in the future just in case she gets mad btw

I totally believe little kids when they say they see someone. When my daughter was 2 1/2 years old she kept smiling and waving at our empty living room. When I asked her what she was doing she said I should say hello to the man she insisted she saw in the living room. I obviously didn’t see anyone there. The thing is, about a minute before she started waving at this invisible person, I would’ve sworn I heard our front door knob jiggle and then heard the door open and close , but when I turned around, the door was still shut and no one was there. At least no one that I could see. I truly believe my daughter saw someone there.
