It is very fragile and must be handled with care. It can also be scalded briefly in boiling water, in this way it will be easier to work with it.

- 500 g of fresh pig brain
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 3 eggs
- 3 spoons of flour
- 6 spoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- salt and pepper
