I highly recommend it, I bought the 1TB version, it is wonderful, completely made of metal, good screen brightness, even in the sun, the tablet mode is spectacular, being able to rotate the screen, uffffff too many things. It works perfectly with Office, videos, it runs videogames at an acceptable rate of fps, and in retro console emulation, it is spectacular, it is surprising that a 6w processor has so much power.Buy the mini laptop without hesitation, it is phenomenal, although I wish they had included 16GB of RAM, but with the 12GB you have plenty of power, and it includes the pencil.
all depends on use case! this machine clearly isnt intended for gaming as its cpu is downclocked from 2.3ghz to a measly 1.7ghz and the gpu being intel an intel uhd at 1.2ghz (intel spec sheet), you *might* just be able to get away with playing gta v at minimum settings 30fps, this is clearly intended for educational use or just general portable computing and maybe some light uwp/microsoft store mobile-type gaming
@@Mehdital89 exactly, I recently got a 15.6 inch gaming laptop myself and although it's way more expensive then this, the value per dollar is like x50 of this in performance alone, not to mention full size keyboard and likely better build quality given the palmtop in the video is likely produced out of China from some generic blueprint conceptually stolen from another company (perhaps GPD) this market is God awful I hope no one buys these at least if they do lets hope theyll eventually resell for 100-250 max because they are cool but I totally agree
Crelander (and all the other producers making this), what is the intended use case for this laptop and how does this advertisement demonstrate its relative usefulness to other solutions like just buying a used laptop 2 in 1 for cheaper?
Just bc it has windows installed doesn't mean Linux wouldnt work Linux can run on anything that can run windows or even android, basically any computer out there
@@scandalingmusic2160 i meant official support due to the edid issues. even an experienced linux user has to go through several troubleshooting steps to solve this problem and the firmware blob isn't available to download casually because the display was originally meant for tablets and thus the edid is malformed.
