순간 아이스크림이라고 해서 저게 될까 ? 생각해봤는데.... 예전에 아이스크림 만들어 봤을 때를 생각해보니 아이스크림 재료가 설탕, 생크림, 바닐라 향 등등이 들어갔....ㄹㅇ 크렘브륄레 반죽에 필요한 재료는 다 들어있었넼ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ진짜 베이킹 한번하려면 계량 엄청 해야하는데 아이스크림 하나랑 계란만 있으면 되니까 계량도 필요없고 너무 좋네여ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ진짜 똑똑하시다...
여러분 혹시나 해서 말하는 건데 이거 만들다가 망하신분들(저는 가열과정에서 넘 많이 익혀버려서 계란찜이 되었습니다ㅠ)은 모닝빵이나 생지 잘라서 중간에 망한 브륄레 넣고 에어프라이기에 데우시면 에그타르트맛 납니다…저처럼 망하신 분들은 희망을 버리지 말고 이렇게 드셔보샤요개존맛이어서 눈물 흘렸어요
진짜 후딱만들고 완전 마싰어요ㅠㅠ 머랭 4번 실패한 전적이 있는 사람인디 한번에 성공했습니다 흐흐 짱마싰어요 토치없어서 설탕이랑 물섞어서 시럽만들어 부었는데 마싰습니다 그리고 계란노른자랑 섞기전에 아스크림 먼저 전자렌지에 좀 돌리고 섞으세여 전 노른자가 살짝 얼어서 덩어리 진 곳이 좀 있었어용 다들 꼭 해드십시요 정말. 맛있습니다.

after stirring on stove the whole thing is looking a little clumpy😭😭, not smooth😭😭 Anyone else experienced this while cooking? I'm thinking this is because my ice cream was faulty 🥺
@Munia there was nothing to strain, the whole thing was like splattered cottage cheese. It tasted okay though. this may have happened because I overcooked the egg-icre cream mixture. Thanks for your response though😀😀
@Munia Hey give it a try! I really had fun breaking the sugar caramel! you can always do things for experience and it's not that bad actually it's quite good after preparation. My advice would be that don't cook the mixture for too long. do it only for like 5 minutes (in the video it DOES say 5 minutes but I didnt notice it T_T )
I love how omad is changing up and experimenting with different music! The cremè brûlée looks delicious even though I was a bit shocked of how the ice cream was used hehe.
There are usually 4 ingredients. He didn’t add any heavy cream or vanilla. Really depends on taste and what he’s used to eating. When I make mine, I add melted chocolate to make a chocolate creme brûlée. His looked easy to prepare and delicious.
Apparently, if you put a blowtorch too close to food, you can get "torch taste." If you use a Searzall, you can avoid "torch taste." A Searzall is a big head that goes on top of a torch, so it puts distance between your torch and the food. I haven't had any trouble with my Searzall. I never used a blowtorch/kitchen torch without the Searzall attachment.
@@armacham Wow! Just watched a video about it, and it looks amazing! I love how it can firm up and crisp a sunny side up egg. I'd buy it just for that...
If u guys don't have a flame torch like OMAD to melt the sugar, u can just melt some sugar in a pan with a bit of honey to prevent crystallization. It's a more affordable way than using a flame torch and it's also safer. Don't worry if you burn the sugar, it's supposed to be a bit burned since it's creme "brulee". (Brulee means burned)
@@anne455 its because you let the egg sit and get too hot with the milk. You have to constantly stir without ANY breaks otherwise your milk will curdle and your eggs will scramble.
