Creme Caramel Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Sugar 225 grams
Eggs 8 pcs
Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
Cream 1 packet
For the Caramel:
Sugar 200 grams
Water 4 tbsp
Composition:
Add caramelized sugar and water to a pan and cook until the sugar melts. Now pour it into the baking dish. Mix all the ingredients well with milk and eggs in a bowl. Pour on top of caramelized sugar. Now put in a pan filled with water and cook in a hot oven at 200c for 25 minutes. Then take it out, cool, and serve.
Daal Mash Fry Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Boiled white lentil ½ kg
chopped onion 1 (large)
Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Green chili slices 5
Hard leaves 12 to 15 leaves
Chopped tomatoes 3
Oil 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander 1 cup
Recipe:
Fry onion in a pan and fry garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Now add tomato, cumin, and salt and cook for 1 minute. Then add white lentils and curry leaves and cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Now add green chilies and coriander and cook on high flame for 9 minutes and serve.
Ice cream milkshake Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Red syrup 1 cup
vanilla ice cream 2 cups
Milk 2 cups
Rubber 1 cup
Ice 1 cup
Composition:
In a blender, blend the red syrup, vanilla ice cream, milk, and ice well. Now add rarbi in the end, mix well and serve.
