Dave in your example you had a "generic family table assembly" in the upper assembly, I thought you said NOT TO USE generic family parts/assemblies, but only use the created "instance"!
Do you have a video showing an Assembly with Alternate part positioning? Think you mentioned this in your video. Example: Common Decals for a Large and Small machine, same decals but different location per machine. I currently use Coordinate System dimensions in the family table. I am wondering if there is a faster way.
Thanks for this. But say your 4934062_generic.asm already had a drawing assigned within pdm, is there a way to have the new generic instances have their own drawings copied when family tabling them?
