Thanks, Sean. Cam synthesis curves have a very specific purpose and they are extremely useful for that particular design problem. It's one of those little nuggets that are good to keep in your toolbox, and I like how this technique simulates the desired motion, and then backs out the geometry necessary to achieve that.
Hi sir, thanks for the video, I learnt a lot but when I am replicating the same my cam synthesis curve is shown to be just a plain circle instead of the normal cam shape you get at 14:54. Any help would be immensely helpful

When I'm trying to replicate the same I'm getting a error like " Assembly failed " , " The mechanism constraint couldn't satisfy ", " The mechanism couldn't assemble ". I'm getting this error whenever I try to include cams mechanism. Could you help me out
