Please do a tutorial on gow you did this ? Also, if i were to ask you how to step by step learn CREO/ProE how would you show me that in a video - Make a video. Cause, as a beginner, your videos are out of depth for most of the people

You should start with my playlists with 'Beginners' in the name and then move onto playlists with the word 'Basics' in the name, particularly Part Mode Basics, Assemblies 1 Basics, Mechanisms 1 - Connections Basics, and Fundamentals Basics. This particular video is NOT meant for beginners. This is an advanced video involving analyses and optimizations. It's quite complicated. I would not expect a person with 1-2 years of experience to tackle this video. I make videos for users at all different levels. Yes, the advanced videos are out of depth for people with little or medium experience. My videos are not one size fits all.

Isn't part of the issue the fact that clearance is capped at zero and doesn't go negative, therefore you start in a very large plateau? If clearance was allowed to go below zero you could probably "climb" up to the correct value and not get stuck.

I believe you are correct. The Gradient Projection algorithm uses a Local Sensitivity analysis to determine the next point. Neither will get you to the next point out of the trough or plateau. That's why it's important to use a Sensitivity Analysis to start in the vicinity of a solution, especially for Clearance Analyses. Other analyses can fall into this trap, but as you point out, Clearance Analyses are more susceptible to this than other types of analysis.

If you take a look at the top bar of the interface and the top node of the model tree, it lists the name of the model. This is an assembly for an amusement ride.
