@@metroboonk5961 not supposed to use them at all they terrible for your teeth, your teeth are naturally light yellow its actually better for your teeth to have the light yellow than pure white look it up.
The thing about strips is, they dont reach your back teeth. So only the front teeth get white. Why? Can they not mske strips to reach the molars. I personally use trays but its much harsher on your teeth.

@@warpitexis2341 tape is wild, it’s dental grade whitening strips that actually show results. even people who’s dental hygiene is better than yours have yellow or brown teeth because of natural discoloration due to drinking too much coffee, or smoking, etc. it’s not useless when people actually have a problem and there’s things like this to solve it. don’t be so ignorant. if your first thought when you see 60 dollars for whitening is “GEE I COULD BY A PS5 CONTROLLER WITH THAT MONEY” you need serious mental help. because shit like that shows you’re very dull. if you have a coloration problem with your teeth 60 looks like a steal. 60 dollars isnt even that much so like i said, if you’re broke just say that.
I’d use it for like 5 days at most cuz my teeth are very yellow, but never understood why people are so obsessed with having the whitest teeth ever. No one I know has white teeth (I don’t think)
btw u should never use store bought whitening strips as ALL of them will bleach your gums as well as ur teeth which is not good for ur gums so jus go to the dentist and ask him for a proper whitening treatment and they will do smth without bleaching the gums and only bleaching the teeth
Why don’t you talk about the aftermath, such as teeth sensitivity and the pain and the chills you get in your whole body if you drink or eat cold stuff, or even when you breathe through your mouth? It’s painful as heck
