This is about the Thirtymile Fire of 2001 in which 4 firefighters were killed. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thirtymile_Fire The incident commander mentioned (not the narrator) who told the firerfighters they were safe was charged with involuntary manslaughter because he violated every safety norm. I found this video VERY intense and very sad.
