I'm trying to get Eco Fishing at Lake of the Ozarks to bring in a CK2 Venture for me to look at. I'm becoming convinced this would make a great river camping boat here on our many rivers in the Ozarks.
Home run by Crescent. Just bought a Hobie Tandem paddler because of the capacity and quality the Hobie brings. Even more important is that it was available. The Hobie paddles great and is a quality boat that will last, you can tell. This boat has a much better layout just aching for you to upgrade and make it built to your needs - which is what I love to do. Everything I have heard from about Crescent products along with reported great customer service seems like a company you want to have a relationship with. I just wish they would make some boats available for sale that you don't have to wait 3 months to get. Plus the price!!!!. Please make these available in Arizona to actually demo. Lots of paddlers in this state as it truly is a 4 season sport in the desert and Arizona is starved for kayak and kayak shops.
Impressive stats, great features!! You guys did a great job in the design. You all know tandems and it clearly shows in this Crew Kayak. Oh...and a fantastic price point!!! WOW!!!!!
Have had ours for a month and it’s been wet a several times. It’s a fantastic set up. Would love to see you do an instruction video on tandem paddling in the crew. We have had precision singles for years, the crew is our first tandem and actually our first crescent. We are definitely fans!
So Jay, we just got our crew now 2 weeks. Took it to Kingsley Lake(Camp Blanding) just South of Jacksonvile, Fl. It's a great crew kayak. I took my 3 Grand daughters on it. 3 on there did fine(3rd in d middle). On the paddling we had the heavier one in the back. Until we got used to it the rear person follows the stride of the front person. For fun we had them say out loud "Left" "Right" For now we had the front person control the steering. When they did not the back person stopped paddling or helped with the right left until they learned the basics. Later(with time and training) the rear person can assist with the turning more. Man, we jump off it, traveled and just had fun with it. The girls tried and it worked indiviudually standing up and paddled. Enjoy. I'm quite pleased with our Cresent Crew kayak. With their father, we enjoyed, at the same lake an Ocean Tandum kayak for years. Now, we're Cresent Crew fans. -Bill RZ-. ,

I love it! Looks like we'll be adding one to our fleet! Is there going to be a Crew Tackle or something that adds rails in the spots molded for them, internal storage hatch access (a round hatch with a large Crescent logo for example)? I also see some other molded spots that appear to be pre-marked for things. And lastly, curious if the LT's seat riser might work for any of the three framed seat positions? Great work Crescent, you guys are pushing limits and this one will no doubt be on fire.
rob s I have a lite tackle and absolutely love it. I also have a Perception Tribe 11.5 and FeelFree Moken 11.5 V2, I prefer the Crescent over both of them.
Time to bump this thread. Just ordered a Seafoam Crew from Calypso Paddle Company in Louisiana. The wife and I are excited to roadtrip from Houston to get this bad boy next month. Sooo confused about the colors though 🤔.
Just bought the the Crew and an looking for storage suggestions. It's in my garage on the floor and am looking for best yak storage options for this boat. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thanks
People certainly take their dogs in the LT. The CREW paddles excellent as a single though so if you want the CREW and the only thing holding you back is concern of single person performance don’t let that stop you! As far as weight they are within 10 lbs
Crescent Kayaks that’s what I was thinking the weight and length really isn’t that different. Plus I have a dog waking business and thinking about offering kayak trips for my clients. So the crew would be perfect
