I know this isn't 2016 but in 2022 I can definitely recommend this machine depending on what you're looking for. In terms of repairs, This is a pretty straight-forward machine to service on your own. The parts are cheap. If you want a good latte, this is great. If you want a great espresso, this ain't it chief. If you want a great espresso though, you're going to have to shell out a bit of dough. Otherwise as an everyday go-to latte machine, it's a solid one.

Robert Žítek the nozzle acomulate milk in a tinny hole if you dont clean it well milk dry out in the hole the machine include a small metal needle for clean the hole happenn to me
Hello Daren Ferreira, The manufacturer recommends that you unplug your machine for 20 seconds, remove the Claris cartridge (if you have one), and then turn back on. If the problem continues, your best bet is to contact a service center in your area. - Sarah
