After owning the 300L for about a year, Have finally decided to lower it, Its the ruts and the mud only which cause concern with my little legs ha ha 4K
Drop/raise the forks in the triple clamps by about 1/2 the amount of lowering the link provided to even out the drop front to back. You will love the lowered seat height for slow, technical riding.
I just ordered the biker bits one, at lowest point of seat im 925mm or 36.42" and it doesn't drop much due to yss suspension. Hopefully it makes the difference. Not concerned about losing ground clearance as already nearly 1.5" higher than stock. 8m on full tiptoes and not comfortable learning to ride off road like that. Great video
Greetings, As always another brilliant detailed video 🇺🇸🍾🎉🇺🇸 Would you provide me with the link to purchase the lowering accessory. Thank you so much for assisting me and keep producing more videos.
Just put my Nicecnc on my 2023 CRF300l. Lowered it 1 3/4 inches witch is just about perfect. Thanks to the video and jack it took all of one hour. By taking the rear bold first it takes a little pressure off the front which made it easier to get the front bolt out. Now I think I need to either have the kick stand cut or get a new one the is a little shorter.
@@ridingwithmrP the GRM is one very good point, I’ve been using it a bit lately still a little clunky though. Hope they push forward with it and possibly make it mobile 🤔
Lowered my sherco but went with spacer in rear shock and pushed forks up in yokes and lower seat ,transformed the bike for me as also short of leg.😁 Great vid
