I was looking forward to getting this machine, but I noticed you specified it works with inkjet printers. Does that mean it cannot recognize toner? My printer is laser, so that would limit my options with the Joy Xtra.

An inkjet is suggested by Cricut and I know some people have luck with laser printers but I haven’t tried it myself. There are some great inkjets out there for a good price - I paid $60 for mine, so if you do end up getting the machine and it doesn’t work out with your laser it may be something to look into!

@@CricutForDummies Unlikely. I've had that printer nearly 15 years and it still works great. Even managed to set up a network so it can print from any computer/ tablet in the house and it's not a wireless printer. It will need to die before it gets replaced. ☺️
