Cricut Maker roller bar quick fix 

Thank you so much. I thought my maker was done. I did not want to put glue. The taped worked great I was able to finish cutting my projects. Easy fix that absolutely worked.

I experienced this same problem. As I was researching solutions, I read that Cricut would do a one-time replacement of the machine. Since I was way past my warranty period, I was extremely and pleasantly surprised when my Cricut Maker was indeed replaced.

I did the little paper technique it actually worked but this was definitely a smart idea I’m bout to try it now

thank you, the thing I tried was to put a drop of E6000 glue on a tooth pick and get it on the underside of the rubber piece. then let it dry. Which works for a short time but if you jam it again it comes loose or it works until the rubber wears or stretches to much.

I thought forsure My Cricut maker was done....then I see this video and it works. For a first timer you did great. Why hide the ink?

I took my machine appart, ordered spares from Amazon to replace the worn rollers then all I did was used tape like you did realising, I didn’t need to dismantle my machine only to realise I didn’t connect the USB internally :p

Well damn 🤬🤬🤬🤬 if only i had seen this BEFORE spending 2 hours taking apart and putting mine back together to replace my roller guides.

Good tip to get you back up and running until the machine can be properly fixed. The engineer that designed this stupid little roller to be depended on for the machine's accuracy and reliability should be ashamed of himself. My wife has one of these I had to fix. Luckily now there's a seller on Amazon that makes a molded (not 3d printed) replacement and they are working great so far. As the video states get some help to replace if you struggle with mechanical things

Hice algo similar, agregué pegamento a la arandela de tipo estrella para que funcionara como tope del rodillo de goma y si funcionó, pero el rodillo ya se gastó. Se esta haciendo pedazos. Ahora estoy buscando un proveedor de rodillos de goma.
