They like those laws and those laws will get woker by the years….I would advice all good sense people to leave and all the woke folks to move here or Portland and keep burning it to the ground and not move elsewhere. Cracks me up when the democratic campaigns slanders the conservative and then says “(so and so) is TOO EXTREME for Colorado” 😂. then you google the candidate and realize they are against violence, crime, high taxes, and homelessness. They want to reform the city and the infrastructure LOL. like lambs to the slaughter…I feel like the area breeds that sentiment and the people vote blue and even kids are born hating republican views or more conservative ideas that aren’t Denver enough. Very odd. I’m all for balance…but that would make me “too extreme for Colorado” for wanting sanity and low crime and a strong tough police force yet again 😂😂😂

We might move to Parker and make the commute. My work is in aurora but I would never live there….matter of fact, once the time is up…I will look to return home to a quieter town and a safer area. All the hype of this place has felt like. Scam. It’s a scam actually. This place is trash. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless they sign a year contract with a salary of 200K a year. Even so, your money would go further elsewhere…..nicer home, better area, less traffic, more peace. I’m done with Denver myself. This place attracts high quality individuals which I don’t care to support or do business with. No thanks. However not everyone is bad. But I would say 90% of Denverites and I include the whole metro area are weird AF.

I can’t wait to get the hell out of here not a native but have lived in Denver Metro for 18 years. This metropolis sucks literally everything out of you. Just had a friend buy a dream home in Kansas. 3 acres 4 bedrooms a full basement 2 car garage attached and a separate 2 car garage with a 1 bedroom apartment attached. Price tag 285k. Didn’t believe him until he showed me. Oh and his closest neighbor is a hundred yards away. Smdh!

@@suckmyvenom yes, except that’s a logical fallacy. I have yet to see a major local or national report on the rise of homelessness in rural areas…why? Because they are poor, but they work. Most own homes or land. Heck, even West Virginia has a lower crime rate and poverty level than here when compared per capita. I think it’s the people who live in the area that highly influence the policies. The policies build the infrastructure and the infrastructure either enables or stops the phenomenons we see of poverty and how to deal with it. It also either tracts or repels individuals. If I was poor and homeless I would move to the east (or some other wooded area) and build my own home in the woods where no one would bother me. Heck, I would even build it near the freeway…so much woods no one would ever find you. Or I would go to Alaska and work as a fisherman and make bank and figure things out. People are poor in woke areas such as denver because they like it. They are homeless by choice. Specially when they can work but choose not to. Red states don’t let them sleep in random streets and give them free money….wooded areas won’t give them a high revenue because everyone is poor but works and most likely conservative. These issues are woke blue issues. Whomever thinks they aren’t…well, they are obviously okay with Denver and probably think it’s not inclusive enough and rather live in Portland lol.

You hit the nail on the head, Denver used to be a well - respected city, now it's overpriced, crime and drug infested.
