@jennymcdonough2095
@jennymcdonough2095 2 года назад
@@sandhanitizer15 The shame is our prisons are not a place for rehabilitation and most offenders come out with little hope of staying out and making a life for themselves. In a lot of states prisoners not only do time but are expected to pay for the bed they sleep in, the food they eat as well as medical care. Instead of a clean slate they are bound by monetary issues including fees for being on parole. So they shouldn't have done the crime, right? Well, punishment is all well and good but punishment without hope or rehabilitation just breeds more criminals and our society is becoming a society of dysfunctional, violent felons. The US already has the largest prison population in the world. We can argue all day long but it seems to me there is no real answer, especially if the guards are criminals as well.

Most of the individuals in jail is because of a fucked up day and generally while being on alcohol. The only difference between most of them and yourself is the fact that you didn't get caught. There is very few people in this world that have not committed a crime at least once in their life that could if made them in this very same position. Hes playing the "well what I did wasnt as bad as this" excuse but it was still bad and he should be fired. Dude says "he was all in our faces tensed up" meanwhile hes being held against the wall but he was "in their face." If you slam someone handcuffed on concrete you should get aggravated assault. I mean you can kill someone like that when they cant even stop their faces from hittimg concrete . If cops and guards were actually held accountable at all times there would be alot less deaths. Without that this will continue to happen everywhere in the us. Theres only so much someone in handcuffs can do. If you are threatened by someone in cuffs maybe you shouldn't be a guard or officer in the first place

Let's be real though. The dude was handcuffed. So what if he was tensed up. He wasn't actively resisting. No excuse to take him down.

Jesus, dude broke his foot kicking that guard in the head. That would be attempted murder on the street.

This whistle blower is just as guilty as the rest of them. You don’t body slam someone with handcuffs behind their back period. The rest of them in the other clips are just as guilty. The terrifying part of this is, if it wasn’t for internal friction between officers and video coming out, we never would have known. Think about that 🤔🤔😳.

Why aren’t you covering the Memphis shooting of people while streaming the video of the ordeal on Facebook Live, according to Memphis Police. Police said a 19-year-old Ezikiel Kelly is responsible for the shooting spree in Memphis on Wednesday, September 7. At least two shootings had been reported in Memphis as of 7pm, a deadly shooting at a BP gas station on South Parkway and a woman who was critically injured after being shot on Norris Road near I-240.

How utterly ridiculous to press charges on Corrections Officers!!!!! Did any of these violent inmates think about the excessive force they used on their victims!!!!

If you want to see nasty prison corrections, go to lancaster County, Pennsylvania, the officers like to beat up prisoners in blindspots, call code blue and pretend that the inmate is suicidal so they get locked up in the camera isolation cell with literally nothing, no paper, no books, no cup, only finger food slid on the floor under the door in a Styrofoam tray. The doctor who perscribes meds purposely tries to give the inmatea seratonin syndrome by mixing saraquill,prozazin and prozac together. If you get arrested here, youre either a science experiment, a zoo animal or a punching bag in there...

Lieutenant Holland was my sergeant for almost 3 years at Yuma Complex State Prison. He was a great supervisor always supported his staff and helped inmates. He was always watching out for staff safety. Unfortunately Arizona Department of Corrections don't like the good apples.

It is a crime whether or not it's retaliation. The title makes no sense. They are not correcting anyone or anything like that, but only fomenting more violence.

It is a shame the correction officers get away with what they do and let the prisoners have sex with the other person nobody should be doing that kind of stuff I don't care who you are and they should be held accountable for what they do things need to be put in jail and be done like that it's not good for the prisoners the prisoners are getting treated like s*** and I mean they are getting treated bad and I said s*** is what I said the treat them damn guards like that

Correction officers treat inmates like s@!# ... Understand we all know those ppl are in there for different reasons but they shouldn't be treated like that...they call it correction faculty but mistreatment isn't correction. That just gives inmates more reasons to be violent and then released into public with that mindset.

Using the other video as evidence of favoritism is pretty weak. The old guy was set down not "slammed" and you can clearly see his ankle through the doorway right before he's kicked. I don't think he should have been kicked at all, but the claim that the kick was to the head is not compelling at all. Since he was lifting his ankle like it was and where it was there's no way his head was anywhere near where that kick landed. Abuse of prisoners happens and what happened to the guy being interviewed is pretty suspicious but his representation of the old guy video serves no purpose but to make me question the veracity of his other claims.
