Can we take a moment to appreciate the discipline these men had in holding that serious tone while describing the crime and the element of the pool whilst remaining professional and not literally rolling on the floor with laughter in regards to explaining with a straight face how these boys robbed and used violence effectively looking at 10years each and proceeded to then literally throw the loot into the pool. That is a level of discipline sgt kim that i do not have as i have been watching this in a loop over and over just crying from laughter. His tone was unwavering and i commend him for not laughing

Exactly. Why would they? If you are one you're told to call the police if anything, and not to get involved. If you do you're fired or even face charges. Plus the pay isn't worth the risk.
