You know that there always miserable conditions prevail in every walk of life and generally decency, civility and dignity used to go out of the filthy window of our societal set up whereas such mentality has always created a mess of enigmatic state of affairs. But my son (I am 72+ and just been inducted in the profession) you have given blow below the belt to such mentality and adopted a sane course of nurturing the juniors Allah/God/ Ishwer bless you (These are the different names of the ONE and only - according to my perception, Love for all)

We have almost each and every kind of information available on RU-vid, This kind of videos are exceptions to it,very little procedural part of our legal system is available here on RU-vid. For law freshers these kind of videos are very useful...keep it up....👍

Stemp paper is different... for plaint &written statement ... we have to fix court fee stemp.. and with affidavit signed n verified.

Sir plz explain how to read and understand the case by explaining its basic objects like who is petitioner and resppndent etc.... I want to know everything but from the very begining.... Even the basic words of the legal while i know the meaning of that words but still i want an explaination of these words by you... I really like the way u explain the words... Thank you sir for your valuable reply. I have an issue in my family. Someone lodged Fake FIR on my relative.There is no previous criminal activity on my relative. Police arrested him and charge on him following sections. I am not a student of LAW so I could not understand these sections.Plz tell me about these sections and suggest me how can I get an Immediate Bail. Sections are: 143,149,223,341,325,307,384,385,448.

Kindly Upload the lecture on filing objection in HC when Fronsic Report for verification of signature on check, when the check is verified by irrelevant documents like current specimen of signature, id card passport etc. It is not verified by the specimen of signature submitted in that bank of relevant said check.
